On Feb 16, 2024, my interaction with CJ Taylor Towing (CJTT) was fraught with dishonesty from start to finish. Initially, dispatcher **** claimed I was next in line and promised an ETA within ***** minutes. This was the first of many falsehoods. As delays mounted, each call to CJTT unveiled new, contradictory excuses. I called CJTT a 2nd time nearly 90 minutes later; **** cited an absent client and traffic for further delays, estimating an additional 60 minutes. However, this timeline was again misleading.Later, a male dispatcher contradicted ****'s updates, claiming several calls were ahead of mine and blaming a shift change for the delaya new and unmentioned reason. This pattern of deceit was alarming, especially coupled with requests to leave our vehicle unattended for towing, raising significant security concerns.It was only through speaking with the 4th of 5 different AAA reps that the truth emerged: ****'s truck had broken down, and their only driver had mechanical issues all day. This crucial information was deliberately withheld in all interactions with ****'s dispatchers.Their consistent dishonesty, evasion, and failure to communicate truthfully wasted several hours of my time and eroded all trust in their service. In fact, the entire ordeal resulted in us being stranded for SEVEN hours! (I initially called AAA at 13:39; ****'s driver didn't arrive until after 20:45.)****'s conduct was not just unprofessional; it was deceptive, highlighting a blatant disregard for customer service and integrity.Do not, under any circumstances, accept a tow from CJ Taylor Towing. If AAA assigns them to you, ask for a different company.

I'll keep this brief since MANY of us hate reading long sad stories. I am a AAA plus member needed a tow, AAA gave this company my ticket at 3pm November 7. I called the office, CJ Taylor... a real character tells ME, hey WE called you at 7am Nov 8th for a pickup, you didn't reply WE took the next call, I said NO problem....but since 7am I've talked to you TWICE and your driver TWICE what's the problem?Her reply...it's a AAA problem, I said NO ...it's actually a CJ Towing problem we've been communicating ALL day. Story after story, driver headed your way, give us a 1hr, dropping off another car, in route, let ME call our driver, let ME check my computer. I'm thinking ...LADY are you NUTS, stop playing with ME! She says... I'm here to help, my reply...you're NOT helping me picking up my car the NEXT DAY!!! She say's I'm NOT going back and forth with you and HANGS UP THE ******** Short story long ...I believe they're taking paying clients OVER AAA members first. When I check their years in business, it ALL made sense 1yr. Good Luck dealing with this company ...and CJ Taylor's TERRIBLE customer service.....smdh
