Purchased a document shredder on 4/15/2023. I have sent out 4 emails asking for help fixing or replacement under the manufacture warranty. There has been no response and no phone number to call.Business response

I purchased this keurig like machine and after only 2 months the razor sharp piece that pierces the pods open fell out from its location. After repeatedly trying , myself and others, to get it back in I called customer service for a replacement. Apparently they don't have parts. After the 3rd phone call with them, they asked me to take a picture. Razor sharp piece was not left laying around, discarded. Why wouldn't you suggest this 1st phone call.? *********** rep is offering me $10 to go away. What would a picture do to change my predicament?Initial Complaint

I ordered an air fryer oven from Bonsen kitchen in August 2021 while it was a good price -I didnt use it until I needed it which was on New Years Eve - within the next two weeks it worked fine and then stopped out of no where even turning on . When I emailed there customer support they asked me for the order number and any pictures or video of the issue and the serial number. I gave them everything they asked for and never got a response back - Ive responded trying to get a response since they asked numerous times and they have not responded since they asked me for my order number and what the machine was doing which I provided to them right away. I would like an exchange on this 90$ oven!! Please help!Initial Complaint

bonsenkitchen company is not honoring their warranty policy for the device purchased (a juicer). We purchased the item on Oct 27th 2020, and bonsenkitchen was advertising a 12 month warranty at the time (this is still on their site). The juicer no longer works. I've been emailing their support for the past month and they are unwilling to move forward with warranty service. They keep asking for a amazon order number, however, the item never came from amazon we ordered directly from bonsenkitchen's website. They never sent a order number when the order was processed, so due to their negligence we can't provide the necessary information in order for bonsenkitchen to fulfill their own warranty service.
