    On 4/15/21 we entered into an agreement with ET Restorations to replace our roof system and gutters due to hail damage for $22,931.96. On 5/26/21 most of the work was completed.Finishing touches to the gutters remained...additional splash guards and better placement of those in place still as needed.This has still not been done.On 7/29/21 we emailed the company, because they had failed to address our issue which now was water flooding out of one our soffits because ************** workers had cut into the roof when placing a downspout causing rain to drain into the soffit and rot it, the fascia, decking and studs. We also noticed that there were 7 areas where soffiting or fascia touched the roof line that were now rotting. On 8/6/21 Will Edge finally showed up to lookout the area. He agreed that they had caused the problem to the one soffit which was caused by their gutter people over cutting. He denied responsibility for the rot on the other 7 areas stating it was not caused by them. However, the rot did not exist before they started nor did his roofers for gutter people make note of this damage when they were replacing the system which would have been impossible to ignore as they had to run shingles under the areas and gutters next to them. Photos available if needed.The repair to the 7 rotted areas which ET caused cost us $2100.00 which we want reimbursed. On 10/14/21 I tested Will Edge informing him that we now had a leak on our dining room ceiling. The leak has not been fixed nor the ceiling repaired. Photo available.Will Edge and Izzy are both ignoring all attempts we have made to contact them.We want the gutter splash guards installed and moved as agreed. We want our dining room ceiling repaired and the leak fixed. We want $2100.00 reimbursed for the repairs to the soffits and fascia his company caused.They need to live up to their warranty.     From the very beginning on this long road of disappointment, there was a lack of communication between the sales person, project manager, and entire team. Our roofing was delivered on July 3, 2023. At no point were we told that, if the roofing was delivered, installation was the next day. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM on July 4 and we were not prepared nor was the project manager here to facilitate the job. The workers took all our roofing off and then it rained. They failed to cover the roof. The project manager arrived at 7:30 AM (give or take) after the damage was done. There was water damage on the interior ceilings and the garage ceiling. Part of our garage was damaged from the rain and caved in. The sales person, which later stated that he was only a sales person, kept saying they would fix the damage. They did fix the interior ceilings but that took about 2-3 weeks to get done. The garage, that is another story. We moved all of our items on the front lawn, as we were told to by the sales person, to make it easier for them to fix the damage. Our items were on our lawn for almost 2 weeks. They patched the garage ceiling which looked terrible. I spoke to the "owners, and they had a crew come out and try to fix it. Again, it looks terrible. The roof install was done on July 4 and they "finished" fixing the damage THEY caused on Aug 15. As of today, the "owners" have not called to check in. As I mentioned, the communication is terrible and we believe if they were truly an ethical company, they would've done what was right and fixed the ceiling in our garage properly. They know what needs to be done to make it look better than it does. Instead, they chose to do the bare minimum work and now we are left with shotty work and an eye sore. The only reason I gave 2 stars is not because they deserved any stars, but because the sub-contractors (that don't work for them) were really nice but they only did what ET Restorations directed them to do at little cost.
