Tree removal was scheduled for May 1, 2023 at *****************************************************************************, ** and the workers equipment and garbage cans were blocking the driveway. I had to leave for work and the employees seen me trying to back oit and made no effort to move the equipment or garbage cans. Due to the restrictions caused by their equipment my car contacted the mailbox and cracked my driver side mirror. I spoke with ****** the owner and he said it was my fault and refused to take responsibility for his employees *** I have video evidence also of of the situation.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I have video.evidence ypu blocked the driveway and yes I rent the property but I have a lease which makes me legal to be there and you just said you agreed not to block the property entrance which per the video evidence you have done. It's your employees responsibility to not block the entrance not mine. I have been backing in *** out of that property for months and the ONLY reason I hit the mailbox is because your employees blocked the driveway. I have video evidence of the whole incident from outside security camera

We never intended for the entrance to be blocked. We are trying to resolve this issue as appropriately as possible. Whatever was in the way and blocking your ability to enter your driveway was not intentional and if you had asked any of the crew members to move anything and everything you needed to enter, they would have happily complied no problem. We are not responsible for your actions behind the wheel of your vehicle, no one ever forced you to drive into an allegedly blocked area. Those were your own actions that caused damage to your vehicle. In conclusion this issue could have been avoided if you had asked the crew to move what was allegedly blocking your entrance.
