The management staff is very unprofessional they do not follow the time frames that is posted. We had an appointment to move in and pay our money to move in and the manager was not available when we went to pay the deposit and the rent to move in also, we were postponed for two months. We were approved for an apartment and was told the only apartments that were available were one bedroom apartments. We applied for two bedroom Which we had to be postponed until a two bedroom apartment became available we were told the two bedroom apartment would be available by the middle of March. We were approved at the beginning of February 2024. We got the move-in date for March 23 and it was moved back to March 29 which Has put us in a bind financially on March 29 came down to make the payment the leasing agent was in a rush, and did not wait for us to come back with the money order to make our payment. The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM until 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM until 2 PM every Saturday that we have come by no one was in the office and the leasing agent left at 3:45 on Friday, March 29 and the office was not supposed to close until 5 PM. Therefore move-in was pushed back until Monday, April 1 came over on Monday, April 1. They refused to take the money because we were a little upset based off of everything that has transpired and they refunded the money and refused to give us our keys as if they were afraid of us we have reasons to be upset. We have been patiently waiting for two months to move in and then they continue to push our move-in date back. We have two small children and living in our hotel. This was very. Unprofessional on management part had I been late two months on rent they would have evicted me its not fair how the management at Veracruz Apartments is treating people.
