      They are running an igella car business!! I had my car repossessed after I pay went up there to resvole the solution but was told I cant pay it I couldnt get my belongs out the car told me he had to contact the loan company but theres no loan company I got the car throw him its a buy here pay here I was approved for a loan

      Customer was already behind on payments after many times reaching out and warning that car will be repossessed for non payment he claimed he would come in and make payment and never did, when customer arrived he was very aggressive resulting in police having to come, later his girlfriend came and gathered all of the belongings from the car.

      I paid $4200 for a Used car that I was told to be registered and was a great working condition. The car could be registered and it broke down only before I could get it home I took.This company to court and one my judgment for the return of my funds. I want the judgment.In contact it the business. All the procedures of receiving back the funds that I was awarded. Business owner took over a month to even acknowledge what the judgment was. What's the older realize that they could not avoid what was already proven in court? They contacted us to come pick up the money. But when we got there, we did not receive all of the funds. We only received half so the only old us of total of $2200. We signed a contract which I have upload showing that on every month that he will put the 550 dollars, and it clearly states the dates and months. When does it supposed to happen? Today is april the thirtieth and we contact the gravity motors owner, And he's refuses to set calls blocks and I take messages. And I have to call the business. He told me that since he put $1100 in the account last month. He doesn't have to put the 550 which the contract clearly states. He was a month behind from the judgment. So that is why he put the 1100 in last month, but today is April the 30th. He is supposed to put at least $550 in fift set in our account and he refuses to do so. So that's why I'm fired in the complaint against him because he's being ruled to us as well as the other employees. He's telling them to mistrek. I called or be rude to us about this car in him honoring the contract.

      I bought a car from *************** 1 of 2021. I had the car for about 3 days, and the check engine light came on TUESDAY, may 4 2021 with code p0740 and p0700 indicating something was wrong with the transmission. That Wednesday I went to the seller and told him about the shift solenoid that I needed. Before I bought the car I asked if there were problems with the engine or transmission, he said no. I asked if he would sign a contract stating that if anything were wrong with those items in any form or fashion he would repair it. The agreement was to go 50/50 if something happened to these items within 90 days. He then stated it had to be repaired at his shop, which I was obviously not comfortable with at the time as I had been caring for my 3 year old nephew at the time, that was not listed in the contract, and his credibility was not high with me. On may 10, while I was with my toddler nephew on his birthday, the engine blew and the car caught on fire instantly. I have messages, and audios where **** admitted to selling me a falsely advertised product. I have waited so long to write you all due to covid pushing back our court date and ultimately causing the mail to be delayed. I have spoke. with Clayton County and I may try this case due to the court date being received from **** delays. I have documentation of EVERYTHINg I am affirming In this claim, I am a college student and do not want to go through the hassle of court and the extenuating elongated process covid caused. he also duct taped some electrical cords under the inside of the car which I have reason to believe caused an electrical fire. I have about 10 files I cannot upload due to the *** file size being 5MB.

      I purchased a car from Gravity Motors dealership. I finish paying the Car off in July of 2022. I have not received my Title. The owner said he sent it months ago. I never got it. He called me a few week back saying it was sent back to him. Hes refusing to send my title until I delete my review I posted on his Website. I am going through a really rough patch and need to sell that vehicle. The vehicle is paid off. I just want my title. I finally got in touch with him this morning after calling from another number and he said delete the review or hes not sending me my title. He wont answer my calls I had to literally create a call app to reach him. I sent a screenshot of the review I posted.

      Car was purchased on1/27/2023 with a ******** deposit which includes a 90 day warranty. So far, the mechanic continues to give me the run around in repairing my car, This car cuts off in traffic, driver side window fell apart and water pours inside this car when washed. I am unable to transport my child in the back seat. I prefer my money returned . It is not safe to transport my child.

      So I bought a new engine back in November 2021 it took a month for them to do this btw but 2 months later my car had a knocking noise so I gave car back for them to look another month later my car not done the worker amena ducks me to the point I have to find other employee numbers to call to get a hold of him and when I do reach him its a bother excuse that he fails to inform me It went from he lost my keys to he doesnt know anymore its been a month and all you have is I dont know? The main issue that upsets me is the Uber fees piling up and losing money are they going to reimburse me because Im almost **** in the hole because of his negligence
