      On August 7th I received a text that my shef from ****** would be delivered on August 8th between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. I immediately called and offered my security gate code, I asked that they not block my driveway with the 200 lb package. The employee told me they would leave the package where they want. I text the number four times and offered my gate code ask that they not block my driveway with the delivery. At 6:30 this morning the 200 lb shed was dumped in the middle of my driveway. I called the company to complain and the employee laughed in my face. I called back several more times asking to speak to a supervisor, the employee stated she doesn't keep up with their schedule. I suggested she may be fired over this situation, the employee stated I don't care. At a minimum, I demand a refund of this delivery and insist that fast mile does not receive a dime. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Horrible horrible horrible.

      I ordered a shed from the ********** on March 29th with an expected home delivery of April 7th. On April 12th, I was informed that my package would be delivered on April 15th. I received a text that the package was delivered on April 15th while I was home, but it never arrived. I have Ring footage to prove it. Additionally, according to the **********, Fast Mile Logistics is claiming that I signed for the package that I never received. Multiple phone calls with The **********, and they are claiming innocence because this company claims that the package has been delivered. The ********** recommends that I take my issue up with the their provided 800 number for customer service. That number is a sham. It answers automatically and literally plays a ringing telephone to make it seem like it could be picked up. This scenario is fraud in the simplest sense. I can't believe a company as large as ********** would use such poorly reviewed logistics company.

      Placed an order with Lowes for patio set. Lowes charged me for product and contracted with Fastmile for delivery. Fastmile has yet to deliver. They scheduled for 4/22 and sis not show. They scheduled for 4/27 and did not show. They scheduled for 4/29 and sis not show. Ive attempted to call over last two weeks and no one answers. Lowes does not want to intimate refund to me. Both companies should be reviewed

      Purchased a patio set from ********** online on 3/20/22. It was being shipped as 3 separate deliveries. 2 have been received. The 3rd delivery was originally supposed to be delivered on 3/26 by fastmile delivery. Was delayed until 3/29. Delayed again until 3/30. Was supposed to be delivered on 4/3 and then again on 4/4. I still have not received it. I spoke to ********** after every delay. ********** keeps assuring and promising that it will be delivered, but it never happens. Tracking shows that its been at the fastmile facility since 3/22. The tracking page on fastmiles website does not work. When I call fastmile there is no answer and mailbox is full with no option to leave a message. I have emailed the manager listed on the fastmile website. Automatic response says he no longer works at fastmile and provides and email for a new manager. I have also emailed that new manager and have not received a response. At this point, Im calling ********** and asking to cancel the remaining delivery and fir them to pick up the other pieces Ive received and issue a refund.

      I purchased a Patio set from HomeDepot on March 8, 2022. On March 10, 2022, I received a text from FastMile stating that my scheduled delivery would be on March 12, 2022, along with a tracking number. On March 10, 2022, I called to confirm and explained my tracking number didn't work. I was told I will receive a call before they come. My 4hr window will be from 12 pm-4 pm. I waited no one called are came to my door are my house to deliver my order. I received a text @12;52pm telling me they had delivered and I knew that was not true. I called FastMile no one ever answered so I called HomeDepot. I told them they never delivered my order but claimed they did. I also let her know that I also have cameras and they were not telling the truth. I told customer service and the resolution **** that this delivery service had run a scam on me. I explained to them that I wanted my money back because I had never heard of this company and they were scammers. I did business with HomeDepot and this wasn't right because these people never came to deliver anything.

      October 14th - Purchase made through Lowes. Tracking service offered by "Fast Mile Delivery" says that the items has "Arrived at Last Mile Terminal". The next step is " Scheduled Delivery." This has been the status since 10/27/21 and no one has scheduled a delivery. When calling and emailing the company - no one answers. When calling Lowes, they are under the impression that the item has been shipped and delivered. When Lowes tries to reach out to this company, they aren't getting responses either.
