In February 2024, Eagle Heating and cooling of Georgia installed a new furnace system at my residence for a cost of $1,595 of work to get up to code. Since the installation, I have only recently begun using the ** function on June 8, 2024. Shortly thereafter, I discovered warping of the hallway floorboards. Unfortunately, the situation escalated on June 14, 2024, when I witnessed visible water emanating from the hallway floor. Upon further investigation within the garage closet (where the HV** unit is located), I identified not only water pooling but also a concerning dripping sound. It became immediately clear that the issue stemmed from the faulty installation of the furnace. My suspicions were confirmed by a separate contractor who, upon inspection, found that the condensation from the ** unit was leaking directly into the floor, causing significant water damage. It was determined the furnace installed was not only the wrong size but it was also not leveled. This situation is completely unacceptable. The faulty installation of the system has resulted in substantial water damage not only to the HV** closet but also to the hall closet and the hallway itself.I demand that Eagle Heating and Air of Georgia be held accountable for their negligence. They must cover the entirety of the out of pockets cost I paid them to install the unit.An urgent repair and replacement of the unit was needed to prevent further floor damage and to use my ** during a heat wave. I reached out to the company and they refused to take accountability for the improper installation and was extremely rude, as well as unprofessional. After reviewing the itemized list of parts Eagle Heating and Cooling charged me for, the owner even admitted that he didnt see some of those parts installed at all! Instead of taking accountability and resolving the issue professionally, the team has decided to completely ignore my outreach for peaceful resolution and has forced me to take legal action.

I have a ********************* and I was assigned to Eagle heating and air conditioning. My work order had been open for six days. They were supposed to come out on a particular day and they were a no call no show. I had called them early that morning to make sure that they were coming and ******, the office manager assured me that they were coming but they were a no call no show. I called the following day and spoke with ***** who was very rude and obnoxious and threaten to hang up on me before transferring me to ******. ****** got upset that I was asking so many questions and told me that she was canceling my work order. Very rude and on satisfactory service. No one should use this

I am rejecting this response because:
******* was super rude her and the other person in the office name ****** If you look online, you can see tons of bad reviews. They told me from 25 June that they would be coming out to my house to service me on Monday, 3 June. Hi called them up until 4:45 PM and they continuously told me that they were coming and of course by 5 oclock their office was closed and nobody was answering the phone. Its on believable. Were in the middle of summer and its hot and they knew that my air conditioning wasnt working. I never got an update all day as to what their status was unless I called them and they continue to lie to me saying that they were coming out when they knew they were not gonna come out. The following day was the Fourth of July so of course, nobody was able to come out and then the next day they Told me that they wouldnt be out till the following day. Their service is horrible. *******  and ***** are both rude.
      Sincerely,

      *************************

This company was contracted through American home shield to fix my electrical furnace in December 2022. They came out in January to fix it only to have my heat go out less than 24hrs. It took them 2 months to come back out to say they needed to order a part. April from Eagles heating called me and said the part came in and someone was coming to install it. She then called back and said the part wasnt there and she would let me know when it would come it to reschedule. She never called me and I have left them multiple voicemails about this issue. She lied and told American home shield that they fixed the issue, but they never came back out. I paid for a service that was never fixed properly and Im still having issues. They need to refund me my deductible paid for this service

I have a home warranty with American Home Shield and they recommended Eagles Heating and Cooling to fix my air conditioner. My AC has been broken since July 3, 2022. Its now September 9, 2022 and my AC is still not working. I have been scheduled for a total of nine appointments between Jul 15th and Sep 9th, 2022. The last two appointments were a no show no call. They have sent out 7 different technicians and not one has been able to properly diagnose the problem with my AC. Each time there is a new part that needs to be ordered. The receptionist/ office manager or the person designated to answer the phone calls lacks customer service skills and is highly unprofessional. 90% of my calls went unanswered. I was in constant contact with American Home Shield who has not acted in my best interest. I was told I needed a new coil with a price tag of $2,200 because AHS did not cover the part. I continued to have issues and was told additional parts were needed at each diagnostic visit to include a compressor. I was scheduled to have a different part installed today, Sep 9, 2022. Eagles did not call or show up to install the part. I informed American Home Shield and they tried to contact them but to no avail. I tried to call them only to discover my phone number may have been blocked. I decided to drive to this establishment to get some answers. The attached photos are of the residence where this business resides. Ii work from home five days a week. It has been torture without having my air conditioning up and running in the hottest months in Georgia. I have 11 fans running just so I can breath. I have a five year old grand daughter who also suffers along side me when I pick her up from school. This is beyond upsetting. I would like a full refund so I can find someone else with the knowledge and skill set to repair my air conditioner.

My home warranty company American Shield hired Eagle **************************** to replace my new compressor that I purchased less than a year ago. Eagle Heating and Air, will not answer my calls or send a technician to my home to look at the compressor that is still under warranty. They are taking advantage of me because of my age and it is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am 75 years old and I have no air condition in my home and this issue has been ongoing since May 2022. Please help me and thank you!

Home *********************** contacted Eagle Heating and Air of Georgia on my behalf due to AC issues. Eagle heating and cooling came out in June to determine the problem with my AC and discovered that It had several leaks. On July 9th I was charged $2,180.00 and shortly after EHA confirmed all repairs were completed. I reached back out Sept. Nov and Dec. to Home Shield explaining there Is still an issue. At this point HS sent out May Heating and I was told the unit was shutting down due to low refrigerant levels. January 2022 EHA came back out to assess the problem. ****** from EHA Informed me that whoever performed the repair work from their company did not do the best job with making sure a pipe was sealed which Is creating a leak, but he could weld the pipe and fix the leak that was the source of the current problem. During the repair of the weld one my electrical breakers were tripped. ****** stated that for some reason the breaker was tripped when he turned on the upstairs attic light. Apparently, I now have an electrical problem that did not exist prior to his visit. After the weld repair was made, I was informed that everything was fixed but he would have to return the following day to add more refrigerant. ****** stated that I was free to use the heat. About 5 to 10 minutes after ****** left I discovered my system had completely shut down again. Eagle heating and air was again called out on January 18th and I was told that the unit was now leaking from a different place in the system. I was contacted by home shield and eagle heating and air and told that I was financially responsible for replacing the refrigerant in my unit even though this leak was admittingly due to this company's poor workmanship. This company has displayed no interest in bringing this matter to a fair conclusion and has consistently displayed lack of professionalism. I have reached out to my warrant company home shield and was told I have no access to my repair work order history.
