They are a scam. You pay for an item but will not receive anything. When you try to contact them they tell you dont contact them for a tracking number because they havent sent you anything. Sometime you get what you ordered or sometime they send you what they think you will take and place of your order. They speak to you in a rude manner. This time I make deposits for them to apply for items I am looking at as They act as a personal shopper. You pay a fee for them acting as a personal shopper. Dollars I dont see nothing that night my Deposit will roll over the next viewing. They asked for another deposit, and another personal shopper fee, but you dont see anything that night so that Deposit also. Finally after several shopping and live shows they are supposed to apply your deposits to an invoice of things that you want. They Applied the deposits to the invoice and you pay for any balance you have left. You sit and wait for the order but you dont get it when you ask where the order is asked for the tracking number there is no tracking number. They never send the merchandise and refuses to refund you. Your money nearly $200. You get nothing but they have your money you asked them to refund you and they dont. Its a scam. You dont get anything but you have paid them money . Their policies is no refunds and no returns, even when they send you something you didnt ask for. So they have broke their contract or policies when they do not send you whats on the invoice and send you what they think you might want or dont send you anything at all. Why dont they refund you your money because you havent got anything.
