I have placed several orders at supersod.com for tuff-tuff Bermuda grass for a total of13 pallets worth over 4000 dollars . Received them and I was charged delivery fees 3 times for the sod instead of only one delivery fee and that cost me extra 800 dollars that I should not have to pay . Also the last delivery of 3 pallets was unacceptable because i received dead sod and yellow sod that has been dead and also broken pieces of sod and I am attaching pictures of the way the sod looked when it was delivered . It was installed on the same day and watered but its dead and yellow and dead . I have contacted their store in ********** ******* but they never responded to me and just ignored my concerns . I have never seen a low quality customer service as I did with ******************** . They have the worst customer service quality and they refuse to resolve my concerns about the delivery charges and the dead sod delivered to me . On the 28th of November, 2023 at 1:45 pm, my Client place a order for 13 pallets of Tif/Tif Bermuda Sod worth Over $3300 and delivery fees of $250. After the order was placed I received the email invoice along with the confirmation text with a delivery time between 10:16 am to 1:16 pm. Preparing for 13 pallets to be delivered I had a full staff of 5 men and a skid steer on site waiting and ready for the delivery to arrive. Approximately 1:00 pm, I reached out to Super Sod to inquire on the status of the delivery. During that phone call we was notified that the delivery time has been changed to between 3:00 -5:00 pm. This was completely unacceptable. We was not notified of the major change in delivery timing. The order was placed at 1:45 and the confirmation email was sent after 4:00 pm, whatever time adjustments need to be made should of occurred prior to the confirmation email and text and I could of planned my team accordingly. (Please see Confirmation text regarding Delivery ETA attached). Due to Super Sod lack of communication, this has caused my company a great financial lost due to no fault of my own. This lack of communication has affected our reputation. Which is completely unfair to us as a Customer of Super Sod. It is due to rain here the next couple of days and with Sod being a perishable, it has to be installed immediately. I voiced my concerns and significant loss to ***** a call-center manager, who agreed to refund the account $100.00. Again, this is completely unacceptable. I took a major loss due to Super Sod negligence and they failed to accommodate. Additional Site manager invoice *********************. This is completely unacceptable. I am seeking reimbursement to help cover the significant loss due to no fault of my own. Invoice# *******
