On 2/22/2024 @ 9:41:35 at Vanguard Truck Center on *************************************************************** They had me wait , while they preformed a 7HR ** **** change) on my 2019 Volvo , which I checked in around 9:41Am and got into the bay around 11:00Am and wasnt finished until 6pm at night . Not to mention after dropping my oil and filters they finally mentioned they had No newer replacement water/Separator Filters in Stock ?? So luckily I had my Own Filter I Brought alone in my Truck as a spare . After A $599.99 plus Tax Total Bill of $634.07 and 7Hrs Later I Was Super Exhausted ??, so not to mention hungry and ready to leave their business. Once I finally left and got all the way home, I lifted my Volvo Truck hood and noticed my OIL CAP WAS MISSING AND I WAS LOSING OIL, PLUS MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT POP ON . I had to purchase a ******* Cap and ******** , and potentially could have Ruined ?? my ******** Engineluckily I paid Attention, Unlike Other Mechanics at there Business who Treated me poorlyInitial Complaint

Hi my visit to Vanguard Volvo in ***********, **, was incredibly disappointing, I had an issue with my 2023 Volvo VNL 860 truck, where the lights would come on after using the windshield wipers. I explained the problem to the customer service representative, *************************, and asked if it was covered by insurance. He acknowledged and said he would inform me upfront if it wasn't covered. To my surprise, after a couple of hours, they charged me $500 for the service without informing me of the price beforehand. This unexpected expense was frustrating and threw off my budget. Even worse, while driving, the same issue happened again. When I called to the manager ********************* the same day, he asked me to bring the truck back the next day, showing little concern for my situation as a customer and the need to fix the ********************** promptly. Feeling disappointed and deceived, I decided to visit another location, Vanguard Volvo in Adairsville, **. There, I was relieved when the professionals explained that the issue was not a problem but rather a safety driving feature. The lack of knowledge and communication at Vanguard Volvo in ***********, **, was concerning. As a customer, I expect transparency and reliable service when dealing with vehicle issues, or this was just a fraud. I hope Vanguard Volvo management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their service quality. Customers deserve better treatment and clearer communication regarding their vehicle's needs.I would like to get my $500 back. I have carefully reviewed this complaint, the related repair requests, case notes, and interviewed the service advisor who spoke to the owner. The service request sheet stated that the lights will not turn off by switch. At the time there was no mention of this being related to the wipers. The truck had multiple codes relating to battery voltage, which could certainly effect lights operation. After getting approval from the customer we found and repaired the battery cables that were causing the problem. This was not a warrantable repair, and was approved by the customer. The charge was for the approved amount, and was for work that needed to be done. Later at a different Vanguard shop, the customer stated that the problem occured when the wipers were on, and it was then determined that the driver just was not familiar with the safety feature that the lights remain on when the wipers are on regardless of the switch. This had not been mentioned during the ************. The ************ is not refundable because the repair was valid for the loose cables, was submitted for approval by the customer, and was billed per the approved estimate.Initial Complaint

I purchased a truck from these guys and the truck has been in the shop constantly! Within the last 2 years my truck has been in the shop for series of malfunction. This last time I took it to them 3 times for the same issue and they are now telling me that E Service believes its an internal issue and my injectors need to be changed. I believed they sold me a truck that falling apart! I had paid them $26,000.00 down payment and been paying $2500.00 since October 2021. The brakes had not been changed, carrier barrel needed to replaced 2 times, Water pump, and AC condenser went out 2 times. The warranty expired based on the amount of miles on truck before I purchased the truck! I believe they sold me a lemon!
