      I bought a vehicle April 18 2023. Just after having it for two weeks I noticed it had problems and took it in for an inspection. I was told the axle assembly was broke, the car needed brakes, oil change, tire rotation and something else. They fixed it all and 2 months later my transmission started acting up so when I went to ask about it they told me it would cost me $175 a hour for diagnostic and depending on what was wrong either it would be covered or I would have to pay for it. They lost that paperwork and I changed the spark plugs to see if that was the problem. Around January 2024 the transmission completely started acting up it stalled on the high way and on main roads in my town with my children in the car. When I took the car to them to see what can be done they told me nothing I was past my warranty which I was never told about but signed for. Now the car doesn’t hardly run and I have to surrender it because I can’t afford a broken car. Don’t buy any vehicles from Hutchinson ford of Forsyth. I only got a car from the because I was in an accident two weeks prior to purchasing the vehicle.

      I talked to the young lady Brittany at Hudson Ford about a truck just went over there tried out my wife signed the papers I didn't even get the test drive the truck we signed the paperwork I went back in the morning and no I'm not going for this they went 75 months and it was only supposed to be 60 months I only owe $5,000 on my car they only give me 11,000 for a car that I bought from them and it left me owning more for used truck than what it's worth I went back in there to get my car and say here just keep your truck and the man said it's too late you cannot we don't work like that it's your truck now this is a nastiest place I've ever been the second vehicles I will never go back again the rudest people in America I believe they are trained to take advantage of old people the sales girl Brittany she didn't even know how to open the hood or cut the fog lights on she did not work with us they didn't allow me to read all the contracts completely it was late in the evening and they rushed it through I didn't even get no paperwork till the next morning and that's when I say oh no I'm not going for this and the guy said too late you own the truck now no factory warranty no nothing as is me and my wife is getting ready to retire which I have and they took advantage of us older people somebody needs to do something about this business they should go over all paperwork with each individual person and allow you at least seven days to return the vehicle if it's not what you want the man told me you do not have no grace period it's yours . Stealing legally and taking advantage of old people I will pray for these people God help their soul thank God for internet and lawyers.

      Worst experience ever..personal will ignore your call and tell you lies about sending paperwork to you..they wint send warranty info,Bill of sale info or anything you sign when you purchase vehicle

      Purchased a 2021 Yukon ****** in May of 2022. On the 2 hour drive home, the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to an authorized GM dealer where they discovered low coolant and oil levels. The issue was corrected, but in less than a month the levels were back down. The deal determined that there must be a coolant leak and that GM would need to authorize repairs, but before doing this they requested a coolant consumption test. After conducting the test we discovered that the vehicle had a complete engine rebuild at roughly 4-5K miles and was poorly repaired resulting in coolant leaking into the oil. Additionally, parts were missing - a flywheel cover and heat shield. Basically the car was a lemon, sold at full price by Hutchinson Ford (there's also a Hutchinson GMC). This has to be the most shady dealership ever. I'm now working directly with GM and exploring legal options to help figure out what action can be taken to get the vehicle repaired. Ultimately, GM never should have put the car back on the road without proper inspection and Hutchinson Ford's own mechanics should be fired for missing basic stuff in their own Blue Certified inspection (which ain't ****).

      This Ford dealership may need to be shut down. I purchased a **** ***** which is now a total regret on my part. I had a ****** and in the almost 3 years I had it I had not one problem at all. I got all of the regular maintenance on it and it ran beautifully. I traded it in for the ***** sold as is of course but I would think that a dealership would have integrity to sell a well maintained as is vehicle to consumers who work hard to get something reliable. 2 weeks into having the truck I got the check engine light and took it back to Hutchinson. They had my vehicle for almost a month and did give me a loaner but I needed my vehicle repaired as I had travel plans. I finally got my truck I traveled out of state and on my way back the truck started acting up again. I got it back to the dealership and I was told it would be 4-8 weeks before they could even look at the vehicle and that they have no loaner for me. I called Ford corporate and I was told because I didn't purchase the extended warranty which would still be useless in this situation that they are not obligated to give me a loaner. They continue to push back the day they can even look at my truck and I am paying a car note for a truck I don't have and I have only had the vehicle for 4 months total. Well they have had it for 2 months and I have had it for 2 months yet I have paid 4 car notes for a truck I can't drive. All I hear is excuses because they have no staff. And they aren't even trying to get me a loaner now my income is affected because I have no vehicle. They sold me a broke down car and now they can't help me. I just have to wait. But I have to maintain Insurance and pay a car note. This can't be legal. I have encountered more people angry with Hutchinson Ford than people happy with that dealership.

      Hutchinson Ford does not value their potential customers! As an eager and ready to buy customer, I called them about the *** Bronco they had just received. I told them about my trade. I was told BY THEIR ASSOCIATE that they were advertising and paying $5k over *** for trades. Excited to hear that. I get there, drove it, loved it, and the dealer advertised price was definitely in my price range. The manager came out after my test drive. I asked about my trade. He lowballed the *** value, offered 12k, and denied paying anything over *** value that I was quoted by his associate. Although frustrated, I continued to inquire about the Bronco. This manager thought it was ok to tap his finger on the sticker price in the window they had put on the BASE model Bronco earlier that day, which was almost 20k over the dealer advertised price and then proceeded to talk to me like it was out of my realm of possibility. Keep in mind that he had not asked me any questions about myself. We hadn't even stepped off the lot and into the office to talk numbers! The manager denied their advertised 5k over *** for trades, laid judgement on me without knowing anything about me, priced a vehicle almost 20k OVER advertised price, was visibly infuriated when I pointed out his dealer advertised price. I was passed judgement on by a person who's own tattered appearance suggested he needed to sell a vehicle. This dealership is below any level of professionalism I have experienced. We have NEVER been treated so poorly by a company that relies on customer sales to thrive. This complaint is to alert the BBB and other consumers of poor practices by Hutchinson Ford. I'm not sure of a desirable resolution to this poor service.
