    In Early April 2024 my 2014 ***** ******** started making a knocking noise. I had it towed to Volume Chevrolet, as we just had a new engine that cost about $10,000 put in last year 2023 at Volume Chevrolet and had warranty for new/rebuilt engine. Mark S********, the service person I was working with requested oil change records and they were provided. HE would not accept them as he stated that looked generic off the internet. Phone numbers were provided by the shops that completed the oil changes he refused to call them to verify that an actual oil change was done. Instead tried to charge to break down the engine as diagnostic and I refused as they already don’t want to warrant my warranty. Nothing was done and I had to have my vehicle towed from Volume as he stated they would start charging storage fee if the vehicle wasn’t removed from their property by 6pm that Friday ***** **,2024.

    We took our 2011 Equinox in for repair. We was told that they knew what the problem was because his daughter had an equinox that had the same issue. We was told it would be 3,260.74 to repair it which was a lot to put in the car but since we bought the car brand new and we had never had an issue we decided to have them fix it. We picked up the car and on the way home it had the same problem we took it in for! We took the car back and they told us it would be another 589.90 for them to do something else which was a good deal as it normally cost 800.00. I asked the General Manager if he could say for sure that the 589.00 repair would fix the car and he said he could not tell me that. We don't have another 589.00 to put into the car that might or might not fix it. I was told they could sell us a car or that we could buy a new motor. I was told we didn’t take care of the car and you either had a car payment or repair payment. I have never been talked so down to. We have always had our car serviced. I asked for 1/2 our money back but they refuse to give us any money back so we are stuck with a car that we can’t even drive. I cannot believe they have done us this way I can’t believe they could get by with doing anyone this way. So disappointed in theses Chevrolet professionals. Chevrolet thought you was better than this..
