I am being charged for Bay windows that I did not receive because they ordered the wrong style twice. I should not pay for their mistake. The clerk said they would deliver the new windows and I could have them in the garage. I don't want any more wrong orders so I would be content to keep what I have. I called numerous times but nobody called me back to work things out. I ordered a special set of windows that they never got correct.Business response

After discussion with the owners, this was a mix up between the Sales Representative and what was ordered. The remaining balance has been cleared and the customer owes a $0 balance.Customer response

In June 2022 I had them install all my windows. I was under the assumption they would be removing all the old wood around trim when installing new windows. They did not do that they just did some patch work and it looks terrible and is not matching the other trim at all. They also did not clean the windows after installation, I have a ****************************************************** I was needing them to clean the windows after installation.Business response

I purchased 3 windows on ********** The total cost was $1197.00. I paid an initial deposit of $600. They delivered and installed two of the windows on ********** I paid 398.00 on X-XX-XXXX leaving a balance of $199 for the final window. Window World never showed up to deliver and install the final window. They will not return my phone calls.Business response

We are re-ordering it and will install it as soon as it comes to our warehouse in a few weeks. We will update once the window is installed.
