I have been waiting 11 months for Window World Chattahoochee Valley to replace my broken sliding glass door. After 4 visits to our house and more than 30 phone calls they still have not replaced the door. I purchased 14 windows to be installed on **** *, 2022. Installation was started and completed on that day. Upon completion and inspection, several issues were noted and installer commented that it should take approximately 2 weeks for repairs to be made as parts would need to be ordered. I called after 2 weeks and an employee stated that the message was forwarded to the scheduling supervisor. I waited a few more weeks, after no response, and contacted them again. this has now been 4-6 weeks after installation. Finally one of the co-owners contacted me and a repair date was set for ****** **, 2022. After 1 of the issues was corrected, the repair technician created another by trying to rescreen a frame and ripped screen and leaving it. Another issue was a piece of plastic molding was damaged upon installation. They did not have a new piece but stated they would be back next day , another no-show. I contacted the office twice again about said issues on ****** **, 2022. Again the message would be passed on to another person. After still again no response, I contacted them again on ****** **, 2022 and received same response. I contacted them again on ****** **, 2022 and employee stated that information had been forwarded to Andy, co-owner, and he would be in touch with me. After that call, I contacted Window World Corporate and now awaiting for a response from them. As you can see, this hasn't been the experience I wanted from a company that gives a warranty like they do. As for communication, if you DO NOT stay in contact with them you DO NOT have to worry as they will not contact you. They were all about the sale.
