1. I went to the Builders Surplus of *********** to purchase ************ for my home on 3/01/2023. I specifically told the worker I was looking for replacement windows for my home, however he sold me new installation windows I return the windows on 4/8/2023 and ordered the correct windows I was told it would take two weeks for the order to arrive.2. On 4/22/2023 I went to pick up the order I went to the front dicks and let them know I was here to pick-up the order, while I was waiting, I were looking around the store shortly after I went back to the front dicks to check the status when I realized they already place the windows in the back of my truck. I went an Inspect the windows when I realized one of the windows was broken, I immediately back in the store to let them know they came out to check the broken window and said they will have to reorder the broken window. The guy who reorders the window state he will deliver the window when it comes in.3. On 4/26/2023, I call the store to check the status on the order which I was told ETA on the order is 5/01/2023. I ask if they could refund me for the one window so I can complete the repairs on my home I was told no they can't do so, and I will have to wait for the one on order. (The young lady on the phone was very nasty) I call the store on 5/3/2023 to check to see if they received the order, again I was told the window they received was the wrong one. I ask them again for a refund I was told no they reorder the correct window they don't an ETA on it. I am tired of all this just would like my money back.
