From the day I signed my loan Ive had nothing but problems from the lady her name is ******. From the day I signed my loan. Ive had nothing but problems from the lady. Her name is J is ***** she told me she. She told me if I pay the loan in less than ************************************* for fees and didnt have a breakdown of the fees and became angry when I asked for a breakdown. Its like I couldnt question her or she would get defensive, and threaten not to give me service, and then she kept repeating how long theyve been in business and dismiss the questions that I had by calling me defensive. By calling me defensive, that gives her a reason to not be able to give me service, so I maintain my disposition never raising my voice and being calm, but still asking questions and I still dont get service. Today I was making a payment, and I simply asked what was the reason that they kept my payment method on file. And I stated that they dont have permission to charge my card without my consent she responded by stating how long theyve been in business and told me I was defensive, and that she was busy doing a loan for another customer and hung up in my face and refused to take my payment. Im very concerned that they are going to mark my credit, as a result of refusing to take my payment this hateful discriminatory behavior is overbearing. I cant deal with it and its making it hard for me to do business. I simply want to make a payment and if I have questions about my account I should be able to ask without being treated some type of way Ive been treated horribly to the point where I feel. I should be able to speak to some legal counsel I am willing to call on a recorded line and give you plenty of examples of how this lady speaks to me if she even answers the phone. She will not allow me to make a payment. I have not yelled or raise my voice at this woman, or cursed at her I simply asked her a question. I believe its because Im African-American.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I filed the complaint as soon as the incident happened to protect myself. Since then I have been reached out to buy the business to resolve the matter.
