April 27, 2024 I used an online company, Car Gurus, to search for a vehicle. I found one I was interested in at Global Auto Imports in **************. I called the company, verified details of the transaction, paid a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle through Car Gurus ( I have since received that $500 back) and then was told by GAI that to do an online/out of state transaction, Zelle should be used to send the $1500 to their finance **** in order to close the deal on the vehicle. The salesman, *****, texted me a number to Zelle the money to. I took a screenshot of the transaction and texted it to him. He the called me immediately and said I had sent it to the wrong number, he said he accidentally made a typo and they did not know who the recipient, ***************** was but offered to call the number to see if the money could be reversed. This communication between *** and myself was by text as well as phone calls, they also told me to call the number, I did, no answer so I left a very detailed VM asking her to please contact me about the mistake. She texted back that she was out of the country until May 7th but promised she would return the money when she returned to ******. I corresponded all info with GAI, and they continued to insist they did not know this person. During the period from April 27th to present, it has been revealed through multiple text, which I have copies of ALL communication by text, that they, ***************** and *** do in fact know each other and it was implied in text between them that they do indeed conduct business together. Bottom lineI HAVE BEEN SCAMMED and am asking for help to get my $1500 back. Please let me know if you need more supporting information than I have sent.

I bought a 2007 ****** B9 Tribeca from Global Auto Imports on January 11, 2023. At least 10 minutes later my check engine came on. i contacted them the next day. I kept waiting on a response from them then i took my car to napa. They said i had 2 oil solenoids valves that needed to replaced. So i went back to them and they said thy were going to fix the problem. a couple of days later they said their mechanic was to busy to work on the car. The owner or whomever was in charge, gave me $150 dollars just for the parts and told me to take it somewhere to get fixed. on January 19th I got that problem fixed. I was driving to ****** to take one 0of my pets to the vet. When i was driving back from ****** my car started over heating. so I took it back to napa and they checked it out saying i did not have a thermostat in my car so they put a thermostat in my car. Which is crazy because every car has to have a thermostat. we took it back to where i previously got the car. They said they would look at it. a couple of days later they said that the thermostat was put in wrong. so they took the thermostat out of my car. then I took it back to napa and I have a blown head gasket. these people who sold me this car knew there was issues. they sold me a car without a thermostat. Now I have to pay **** dollars to fix that. when i spent **** dollars to buy that car. I am very angry that they sold me a lemon car. They kept pushing it off like it was not their problem.
