Bought a brand new SeaDoo (most expensive model offered). After waiting nearly a year and a half (and paying for it during that time) I finally received it. Damage to the front hull. They simply stated they would "buff it out". I get it home and the entire dashboard had fallen out on the drive home (was not installed properly). I have to take it back in and get that fixed. I also have to get the gouges in the hull repaired. While getting the gouges fixed I bought a 9 year ceramic coating to protect the black paint ($2k). Get it home from them installing the dashboard correctly and find that they did not attach the steering plastics correctly and a huge gap was around the steering assembly. Had to leave it with them to get that fixed too (still a brand new ski, not even been broken in, and we are now at the 2 year mark I have been paying on this thing). That was supposed to take a week or so, but instead took them multiple months at which time they completely destroyed my ski (see photos in attached documents). I wrote a letter to BRP (see docs below) they contacted the dealership, I finally got my ski back damaged, and wrote a second letter (see docs below) and their response was to simply give me a credit to buy some accessories. So I literally have a brand new ski I have been paying on for 2 years now and not got to use, and it is already all scratched up, banged up, filthy, and all pads are completely sunbleached. And their response to this is to offer me a credit to their accessories. (there are many more details too, lost my cover bag, etc. those details are all in the letters I wrote and attached below)

Fraud. Bought a Suzuki Gsxr1000r and agreed to an OTD price on the phone with the dealer. Filled out the financing application and agreed to the loan terms over the phone. This dealership is 2hours from me, I had to rent a U-haul and leave work early to pick up this motorcycle, the dealership was aware of my distance as well as the hurdles I was jumping through to pick up this bike. When I arrived *** in financing added on a $1900 3rd part extended warranty as well as $900 gap insurance. This was never ONCE mentioned to me until he showed me the papers to sign, not by the salesman nor the financing department. When I questioned the warranty as well as the ************* *** told me that it was necessary for the financing of the vehicle with this lender. I knew that didn't make sense and asked him to remove it and was told he couldn't it was required. I convinced myself the total extra was something I could live with due to the sunk cost I'd already put into purchasing this vehicle. Yesterday I finally got the time to call the extended warranty service to ask and they assured me that in no way would an extended warranty or gap insurance through them have been necessary. I called *** today and when I told him what I learned he said he could help cancel the warranty and ************* and was completely dismissive of the actual issue at hand here, fraud. He has frauded me the creditor and I imagine the third party warranty company as well. I would be willing to wager he has already been paid his commission by the creditor for the loaned amount as well as the commission for the sale of the warranty by the warranty provider. I refuse to believe the owners of Gainesville Motorsports are aware this is happening at their dealership and would condone their financing department lying to customers. Fortunately I didn't buy this motorcycle alone so I have a witness to ***'s deception as well.

We are disappointed we never received any notification of this complaint from BBB. We refunded the customer on Jan 5, 2023 for the full amount of the warranty and gap contracts purchased by the customer. Our employees have been consulted that no customer should ever be told that a lienholder requires a warranty or gap contract as this is not acceptable. We hope the customer is satisfied with his refund and we apologize for the miscommunication and misinformation.
