            I had my towed to Jacky Jones Lincoln in December. They told me that I needed a steering column. I called my insurance company and then called them back. I told them not to touch my car until the adjuster sees it. They replaced it anyway. I called and called to try and find out the status of my cars completion. It took over a month to finally get my car back The side panel on the drivers side back door was cracked when I showed up to the dealership over a month later. The service manager ****** told me that he would order the part and replace it. For free. He has ignored my calls. I stopped by the dealership and he would come out and talk to me. I called to let them know that when they replaced the steering column the wires in my speaker system or something were loosened. I get a lot of static even if the radio is not on. No one there would assist me. Still need parts and static is still happening months later.
