I signed up for a 2012 Chrysler town and country in July 2021. The vehicle had only ******* miles on it. I never missed a payment. It sat in the shop for 4 months with several problems. The transmission, timing chain, electric box that holds the fuses were too small and consistently blowing. The vehicle was financed thru ******** financial. 2nd week of May 2022, it came out the shop for a 6th time. Within one hour it started leaking water. A whole new problem. I have called and emailed global Motorsports several times for help with the vehicle and no one returned any calls or emails. I called ******** financial and they said thats why I have a warranty. This vehicle has only had ****** miles put on it in 10 months. That's including 2 long distance trips. I have lost 2 jobs because of that van. One of them was of 3 years. When I finally reached global Motorsports and got someone to speak with me about a trade in so I could continue business with them, I was told I have to fill out a new application and have another down payment. That's buying another car, not no trade in. I had my insurance and my registration cancelled the same day and told them the address and to come get it. I did research on the vehicle and that year make and model has been recalled on several things. Alot of Chrysler customers complaining about the exact same transmission problems and everything. I already disputed the payment on my credit before it was even disputable. They refuse to come get the van. It's like they are waiting on purpose to say I'm behind. They need to come get this van now. I will forever let ppl know that this place is a rip off. It's been 3 weeks since I said come get it and they haven't. ******************************************* is where it is and now is when they need to do it. This is ridiculous. I don't want it. There is even a lemon law lawyer in ******* aware of how faulty the 2012 Chrysler town and country is. He is the next person I contact. Come get this piece of c***
