This is the SECOND time I have WASTED my money at JJs. I ordered my sandwich online and ONCE AGAIN it was delivered to the incorrect place!!! **************** was the last order that was delivered to the wrong place! By the time I found out where it was I had to leave work (costing me PTO) and the sandwich was soggy and inedible. This is costing me a lot of wasted money! Last time I got reply email basically saying "sorry". This time I want a refund or a replacement for my sandwiches! Both times they had to be thrown away for sitting for too long. I tried to call the business 3 times and no one will answer the phones.
