Rightway Roofing was hired to replace my metal roof as a part of an insurance claim. Rightway hired a subcontractor (S&H Gutters and Metal Roofing) to install the roof. Rightway Roofing demanded full payment after the roof was installed even though I had several issues with the installation. Rightway Roofing insisted the issues would be repaired as a part of their warranty. The roof began to leak immediately after the first rain. Rightway Roofing was notified of the leak but did not respond to make any repairs. I had to hire another roofer to patch the leak and he informed me the entire roof had been improperly installed and would continue to leak over time. Once I notified Rightway Roofing, they sent their own expert to inspect my roof. Their expert also verified the roof had been improperly installed and needed to be replaced. Rightway Roofing agreed to replace the roof but after several months of excuses and failing to show up, no one from the company will answer or return my texts or calls. I have photos and hundreds of texts to verify my complaint. Since Rightway Roofing had shown it will not honor it's warranty, I wish to have another company to replace my roof after a full refund of my insurance payment from Rightway Roofing.
