I made a purchase through ammoshopusa and have never received the 300 Weatherby ammo that I purchased. Ihave never received any tracking information either. I used Zelle through my bank to send the money and they took it right away but have never delivered the ammunition that was purchased. I beleive this website is a scam and want to warn others to beware.Review from Matt C

12/1/21 - tracking shows order picked up from Savannah, GA
12/2/21 - tracking shows order arrives Ellenwood, GA
12/3/21 - tracking shows order departs Ellenwood, GA
12/7/21 - tracking shows "delayed" status. Item last seen by FedEx on 12/3/21.
12/13/21 - emailed Ammoshoponline to say order apparently lost and asking for how this should be handled. NO RESPONSE.
12/14/21 - called FedEx. They said shipper would have to file a claim for a missing package.
12/14/21 - called Ammoshoponline. No answer. Left message explaining what FedEx said. Asked for a call back. So far, NO RESPONSE.
12/14/21 - emailed Ammoshoponline with what FedEx said about them needing to file for missing package. NO RESPONSE.
12/15/21 - emailed Ammoshoponline for third time this AM. So far, NO RESPONSE.
My order looks like it has been missing for almost 2 weeks now. I have reached out to the seller 4 different times about it with no response. If I don't hear from them in 48 hours, I'm going to open a dispute with my credit card company. Not good.Review from Brian

Took my money didn't ship the ammo. Placed an order with AmmoShopOnline and they charged my credit card and sent multiple confirming e-mails for the order and then abruptly cancelled the order. When I called and asked to speak to someone to discuss my situation, they wouldn't put a manager on the phone. Buyer beware if you shop with this shady company.Review from Greg D

The older problems have been fixed apparently. I've ordered over 2k rounds in the last month. All shipped within 48 hrs and arrived within a week. My only gripe is they use FedEx. Really wish they would switch to UPS.Review from JE

I have ordered 1000 9mm rounds from Ammo Shop twice. The experience both times was excellent. Their prices couldn't be beat, shipping and insurance was free, and it arrived in 7 days. What else could you ask for?Review from James M

Placed order and received in good condition eventually. Order took forever as they would not ship until after payment cleared. Once cleared, shipping also took an extended period of time. Cant complain as shipping was free and insured for no additional cost. Overall a good experience although from order to arrival took a total of 10 days.Review from Joshua S

I have placed six separate orders(approx $3,800.00) with Ammo Shop Online since May of 2021, each order has been processed, shipped and received in a timely manner. I cannot comment on customer service representatives as I have yet to have to contact them via phone or email as I have had no issues. I was hesitant initially to order based off reviews but have been more than satisfied and will continue to order from ASO in the future.Review from Carlton S

I live local to Ammoshoponline.com in Tampa, actually only 20-25 min drive away. I have asked if I could drive over and pick up my order which would be thousands of rounds of 9mm and 7.62. They will not do this. I asked because the last orders took week to arrive to me. Packing was not bad but not great with 1 box arriving in good shape and the other had the ammo broken loose inside the shipping box. Too badd they will not allow me to quickly pick up ammo. they are losing thousands of rounds sold as I will shop on line elsewhere due to extremely slow shipping and horrible customer service if you call to find out why the shipping label was created but the order sits for over a week or 2.Review from Rob M
