This has been the absolute worst contractor my husband and I have ever dealt with. They were referred to us by a friend. I spoke to Mr. Greene in April, and everything seemed efficient at that time. However, he failed to inform me that he sold the company two years ago and wouldn't be working on our well. It was actually another company even though he still works there and they are using both businesses' names (DJ Pumps is the other). That was mid-April when the contract was signed. They didn't come to our property until late June, without warning or communication. The crew that came did nothing but complain about how low Mr. Greene's bid was. Our neighbors' wells average 50 feet deep, but they insisted on drilling until 190 feet, admitting they would get a bonus the further they drilled, also knowing that would raise the consumer price. After a week on our property working very short days and not drilling properly, they gave up and said another crew with a larger drill would have to come out. In all honestly, they didn't know what they were doing and couldn't keep the proper viscosity for the well. There was over a month with not one word from them. I tried multiple times to communicate, but they refused. When they finally came back, they refused to run PVC casing, which would have again met the smaller bid. They never attempted, never communicated, and continued to run the bill up nearly twice the amount that it was guaranteed. Then, after drilling, it took them another 2 weeks before placing the pump. It took well over 6 MONTHS to get the well! I have a doctorate in business and have tried to explain to them how unprofessional they have been, but they refuse to listen and still refuse to communicate professionally and properly. So, I want to ensure others are aware. They pulled the same stunt on one of our neighbors, and if I had known the original business had sold, we would have NEVER chosen this company.

We would love to discuss this situation with you. I have worked for Greene's Water Wells for 25 years & all the same people are still here even though Jarrell Greene (who you initially spoke with) doesn't own the company anymore - he still works here too but he is in the process of retiring after 50 years of working. I haven't heard anything about you calling over any concerns. I manage the office & would definitely be the one you would talk to if Jarrell wasn't in. Our employees do not get bonuses over feet drilled so I am not sure where that information came from. Your well was definitely a special situation but Jarrell communicated that with you from the beginning since you signed a contract acceptance showing that steel casing may be required in your area due to a loss of circulation & caving issues. We knew from the beginning we were behind on drilling & informed you it would be at least 2-3+ months. I hate that we couldn't get to it sooner but we were working as fast as we could. I will give you a call to discuss the invoice to clear that up & any other concerns you may have. Thanks, Jennifer

I have text and emails proving an extreme lack of communication from your company and me begging for communication. I cannot help if you deny what your employees said at the well site, but it’s the absolute truth of them claiming they receive bonuses for forcing wells to be drilled deeper. On the next issue, there was a blanket estimate of the type of casing. There was never any communication that steel would be required on our well site. The original driller brought pvc with him and only discussed needing a larger rig, never any mentions of steel casing. Your company never at any time expressed the need to use steel casing. You went and installed steel casing with no communication and sent me a bill. Plus, we understood it would be an initial wait. However, you started the job and then left it for nearly 3 more months. When your crew originally left, we were told it would only take another week at most before the return. When we tried to call, and if and when someone would answer, it was always an excuse. Never any affirmative answers, because you always were going to have to get back to us and never would. That’s like starting building a house and stopping halfway through and then coming back three months later without any communication, leaving the homeowner high and dry. Again, I have emails requesting better communication throughout the process. If you continue to imply I’m lying, I can post these written messages to prove the truth. It’s sad that the communication is improved on public ******** rather than through private emails. I’m finished trying to resolve the issue of your lack of communication. You had a six month opportunity to do so. Instead, you refuse to send a simple email. This has been beyond a phone call for quite sometime, because we can’t trust what is said on the phone, knowing to expect another put off saying you’ll get back to me or that whomever we talk to can’t make a decision. I have not asked for a reduction of price even though I felt I was overcharged. I just publicly placed a review to share with other consumers what frustrations to expect if using your services. I did not post this for a public argument. I waited six weeks before coming to the point of deciding to openly share a business review, carefully considering any ramifications. People need to be aware. If you want to get technical, I can bring my neighbor into this, who is extremely upset as well, because you did the same exact thing to him. I can also include our friend who even called on our behalf. He is a lifetime friend of Mr. Greene, who told him he was sorry but everything was out of his hands. These are just facts, part of a review. Again, it was not to be public argument. I had hoped once more to expect professional behavior but was highly disappointed yet again.
