The invoice sent is excessive and not something that was agreed upon. The amount listed in the invoice is excessive and above normal vendor practices. Please contact me regarding this matter. Below is the last information I sent you via text message: "******, your minimum is something that has to be discussed prior to any service. It is not something that happens after going to a place and stating you need a new stove because nothing is wrong with the breaker box. I have never had vendor electrical or otherwise charge such an excessive fee especially when they did not complete a repair. Please give me a call regarding this matter."This complaint is being filed because it's excessive in nature. Also, if a company has a minimum charge they should notify customers up front and not send a surprise bill after the fact. Attempts to resolve this issue with the business have been unsuccessful. There is no contract. The 1st time hearing of a minimum sercive charge was when the bill was sent. Totally unethical and unprofessional.
