      Arrowhead Plumbing was contacted by my home warranty company to fix a leaking toilet. We arranged a time for them to come out on Dec. 3rd. They arrived late (without calling to say they would be late or without a "courtesy call). the technician looked at the problem, said he had to contact the home warranty company to make sure it was covered and charged me the standard $75 house-call fee. He told me that I would not have to pay again when they returned to fix it if it was covered.I received a call about 15 minutes after the technician left that the problem was covered and he would try to return that day to fix the leak. The technician never called back and did not return. I called the office and was told we would have to schedule a time for them to come back and the earliest would be Dec 10. We set an appointment for the 2-5 pm time frame. At 4:45 pm I called to check and was told the technician was running late and would be at my house about 6:30 pm. The technician never called and he never showed up. I paid $75 for a service to be completed and it has been 3 weeks since the original call.

      *********************** spoke to ******************* on 1.28.2022 to get clarification on what happened and also to come to a resolution. ************** stated he felt the issue with his toilet was not resolved in a timely manor. I asked him if there is anything that I could do now to resolve this issue and he stated that his plumbing issue is resolved and that there is nothing that I can do at this time. He thanked me for following up on his concerns. I suggested to him if he has any issues in the future to call me directly. ***********************
