            The owner of SWA sold us an used vehicle that had major engine and minor transmissions issues, without disclosing either. Our vehicle was in the shop for over 4 months, starting just 2 weeks after purchase, due to progressive power train concerns that got worse in those 2 short weeks.The owner was nonresponsive and did not seem to want to make things right in selling us a faulty engine/transmission power train.Additionally, the owner illegally and without permission forged my signature on the warranty paperwork at the time of sale of the vehicle and did not go over the low labor rates for warranty repair work.When it was time to settle after 4 months of our vehicle being in the shop, trying to identify the multiple issues with the enginethe warranty only covered half of the labor, leaving me to pay over $3k out of pocket to cover expenses that should have been covered by the warranty.After several conversations with the owner of SWA about these issues and concerns about the forged warranty workhe was still reluctant to help offset any incurred costs on the used vehicle that had major power train issues.

            My brother took his car in to this place and he had his tools,cash and some other personal items in it. They stole the items out of his car and refuse to give them back. This is a shady a** business who stole ******s of property from someone and think it's okay. Do not bring your vehicles here with anything in it or you'll end up like my brother did.
