My vehicle was brought to Ropers with minor cosmetic damage at the beginning of July, it is now Oct 5, exactly 4 months from my accident. I was promised my **** vehicle would not be an issue putting together by the business manager/ owner "Hutch". I have never received an update phone call or email and had to personally go in for a response on vehicle eta. Regardless of back ordered parts the manager "Hutch" has had excuse after excuse on why the vehicle is not ready. I've gotten the Hybrid system is giving us issues, the parts are lost, and been promised it was in for paint.Business response

While it is our goal to return vehicles to their owner as quickly as possible, we are not always in a position to do so. The repairs have been completed at this point and returned to you. This business advertise that you could recover your car 24hrs a day. My car was towed on *********** I tried to recover my car on ********** at 11:40 pm. When I arrived to the business it was closed. When I attempted to call the business number the owner pick up. I asked him how come the business is closed but says you can recover your car 24hrs a day. He stated that it would be extra for someone to come out and help me. I don't have any extra money to be handing out. I don't understand how they could charge for a whole day but don't be open for a whole day. Try to charge desperate people extra money. Plus it's false advertising.Business response

Unfortunately, our shop and office are not open 24 hours. We do allow for after-hour pickups of impounded vehicles as a courtesy to our customers, but there is an additional fee involved with opening the lot for you to do so at midnight on a Sunday. We do apologize for any misunderstandings you may have had and any inconveniences they may have caused you.
