    I recently purchased the dr. Ho neck machine. I've only used it 3 times and it's not even working . I spent 200.00 on it. The commercial makes you think it's a quality product. It totally just stopped working. I'm so so so upset that a lot of money for me to spend. I only opened the box a couple months ago and on the 4th time of trying it it totally does not work. I tried different batteries I tried the cord I got my friend dr *************************************************************** I'm so upset. I'm passed the 30 day mark. But only opened the box 37 days ago and it worked the first 3 times but then just quit. I'm really mad . They were rude and declined any help 200.00 is a lot of money. I'm a retired teacher on pension and it's not like I did not take care of the machine .

    Dr. HO's took more money from account 6 days after tracking number verification of return. I had texted with them 2 days ago and the guy said that they issue refunds 24-48 hours after receiving return. Didn't get ANY refund yet and they took more money. I did not have my tracking number handy the day I texted but I did have their return authorization number. If you text or call that return authorization number is meaningless to them. The call today was useless. He said it takes 5-10 days to get refund, which is contrary to the guy I texted with 2 days ago. He said it was their policy, part of the agreement, to take additional monies AFTER they have received a return. I argued with the guy about this being ridiculous that it's policy to take money 6 days after return received. The guy told me I wasn't listening and that if I kept yelling he was going to hang up. I wasn't yelling. I was firm in my opinion that it was wrong to take more money after a return is received and that he was saying words contrary to the person I communicated with the other day. I asked to speak to someone else (boss) and he said there was nobody else to talk and they would tell me that same thing. I'm thinking they get so many returns that they can't keep track of them. Seems like when a return is received that the return authorization code should show up somewhere in their system. Four and six days after return that number is meaningless. They kept wanting the tracking number. Are there so many returns that are unopened? There are many other TENS units that can be purchased for less money with a more reasonable business. MY ADVICE IS DON'T BUY FROM DR HO'S!! Very questionable business practices.

I looked into your order, and first, please let me confirm that the refund of your order was processed today December 7 in full. Any payments you've made have been refunded, and any remaining balance have been waived. When the return of an order coincides with the return process, the payments are still automatically withdrawn based on the payment schedule. However, any payments made at the time of the refund will also be refunded. It typically takes about 5-10 days to process a refund after the parcel is received at our warehouse. We have staff members inspect the items, as well as verify the returning customer to ensure we process the refund for the correct order. Please kindly note that while we confirmed refund on our end, it may take your credit card several business days to have the funds reflected on your account.     They refunded $***** and $*****. STILL OWE US ANOTHER $***** THAT WAS WITHDRAWN AFTER THEY HAD THE RETURN IN THEIR POSSESSION for the better part of a week. WATCH OUT for this company with their silver tongued texters, phone operators, and writers.
