      This company will not respond appropriately to our disputes - choosing instead to continually bill us + add late fees and simply blame anything/everything it seems on my athletic director - who feels he his doing his job to the best of his ability to supply our school with the products it needs. Long story short he was mislead to the quality of the products and whether or not he even wanted to order them. Again this company does not respond in a fair manner choosing instead to ignore the argument and going above and beyond - to charge late fees.Long story short our organization does not want to do business with a supplier that does not listen to their customer.. we can always bid out for ********************** elsewhere - there is no need to argue against us or charge late fees when the reason we are not being responsive has to do with justrite supplies. Financially, I am used to businesses trying to scalp school funding and delivering sub par results - something I am not fond of and after taking over the lead financial position for our organization and understanding the situation that occurred - I would recommend all schools or municipal related businesses take their time and monies elsewhere.

      I had a representative for JustRite reach out to me back in April. They had a sales pitch wanting to know if I wanted custom decals and I said no but they insisted I listen to their sales pitch. After some talking they wanted to send me **** decals to which I told them there was no way I could sell them because we were going to be out of school in May. I told them to reach back out to me in August and we could go from there. Instead of reaching back out to me in August, it is now July and I was shipped **** decals this week that I received and did not ask for nor did I want. I called the company to try and cancel this but they said there is no refunds or returns which I did not know about. I also have a **** that is due on the first day of school. I told them I did not want these and the customer service lady was extremely rude, cutting me off and wouldnt even let me speak or finish talking. I dont want these products, I cannot sell them, and I just want this to be over with. I want everyone to be aware to just hang up!

      08/08/2022 TIME 2:16 .  All complaints are taken very seriously, we pride our last 25 years of service as being the dedicated and determined hands on with our customers and special groups. 

      Please find zero balance is appropriate, since their was no refund needed, since their was no monies exchanged hands. also the graphics you received will be donated at no cost.

      We find the teachers and the coaches have a big responsibility teaching and instructing our children for the future. Bless you heart and we hope you have a jam up season.

      I was contacted in early March from the company who promised to send some car decals that I could sell as a fundraiser and would receive a free t-shirt and tablet. There was an entire rude, gruff sales pitch from a lady who would not let me give my opinion on the matter (which was that we have our own fundraiser that we do every year and do not need theirs). She told me how this was a limited time offer that I wouldn't want to miss. I told her again that we did not need the decals. They were sent anyway along with an invoice that was due less than a month after speaking with the rep. I let them know that I would not be paying the invoice as I did not want the product. I was never told about the no-return policy. I just received that piece of paper along with the other things that I didn't want. I tried contacting them, but that proved to be a waste of everyone's time. I just don't want to deal with this company at this point. They have been extremely rude and don't care about helping whatever program they are targeting. Not to mention that their products are extremely cheap. I want my invoice erased since this company has completely gone against everything that I have said.

      we take all complaints very serious, good or bad we dig in and get the correct results. after further review and much research, there's more to the story. however my purpose is to make sure our twenty five years in business is not based on the negativity but to remain in the positive state always. 

      actions are as followed:

      1. Bring invoice to zero balance

      2. apology we could not satisfy

      3. send tablet to customer as requested.

      I was shipped a product after talking to a salesperson from JustRite Spirit Supplies. The lady on the phone had a sales pitch and when asked if I would be interested I said that I was not. She dropped the amount and price of the product and then asked again if I wanted to make an order. I said no. She continued to drop numbers and ask if I was interested. I would say no each time and then the conversation ended. Several weeks later a shipment came to our school with the product she was selling. I have called three different times to let them know that I did not and do not want anything to do with the company. An email showed up after the three phone calls to the company and said that they would not have shipped without apporval and asked if I was interested in the product and if they dropped the price would I want to keep it. I replied ONCE again I DO NOT want the product.

      I will take the following actions to resolve this incident:

      1. since their was no monies exchanged, I will be donating the sample pack that was sent out, you will not be invoiced or billed. you have a zero balance and will remain a zero balance. (Nothing Owed)

      2. will not have any further contact with customer.

      So sorry this happened, May I offer my deepest and sincere apology.

      The complaint I haven have been submitted by other programs. The sales people are misleading and speak over you. The make it seem like they are doing your program a favor. The product are horrible. Prior to the product arriving, we never received a proof, mock up, or drawing of what the product would look like. We never signed an agreement or contract. There was no written request or approval made for the product. The "no return" policy was not communicated before the product was "made" and shipped. After I called when I recieved their crappy product about returning it they claim there was a no return policy. I even asked the salesperson about returning it and she spoke over me and never gave a clear answer. Never mentioned a 'no return' policy. Claim you can't return the items because it is cutom made for your school. That is a lie. When I mentioned this to customer service they claimed that the calls with the sales person was not recorded; which makes no sense. I called and asked them to listen to this "verification" recording. They took days to answer my request for that. The recording sounds doctored because it cuts off where I am clearly asking for a verification and talking about my school logo/colors. I recieved some generic #eaglenation crappy product. No one will buy that mess for $14 as they suggested. The "free" tshirt was so ugly and poorly made and the promised "tablet" for the highest sales was never received even when I emailed about. They sent an email claiming that it's sent with another shipment for "safety" purposes; which was clearly a lie since that has never been recieved. Than they had the nerve to call my school about an overdue invoice. These peope take advantage of struggling programs that they know need to fundraise. The double speak is horrible and the products are crappy. I am convinced this is a scam ran from someone's basement. I've returned these items. If they contest I will get legal involved.

      First I would like to apologize, this matter should have never made it this far. Looks like you emailed us, reaching out with dissatisfaction. We take every customer we have very seriously.

      Due to all the covid mandates and restricted mandates, It's been tough on all parties involved.  I would like to get this handled to your satisfaction, I would like to mention we have been in business for 25 yrs, and you do matter. Again I want to apologize. 

      My actions to offer are as follows.

      a. Refund for Invoice.

      b. Send Tablet that was promised.

      c. Offer reprint with the correct logo, at no cost.

      JustRite Spirit Supplies out of *************************** reached out to me at the school I work at (I'm a paraprofessional & cheer coach)via phone in May 2021, it was at the end of the school year so I to the lady I spoke with I was vary interested in what she was selling but it would be the 1st week of August 2021 before I could do anything; that's when school started back & I would be back on campus at that time. Well on July 28th someone a was on campus called me, I had a package it was car decals from JustRite Spirit Supplies that I did not order. I had phone communication with a couple of people at JustRite one stating he was the owner that was going to pull the auto recording of that day in May and was going to call me back; that never happen. I mailed the items they sent me back to them of course they never received it back & continue to **** me more than $1,000.00 I refuse to pay. This company refused to send me a physical address and always wants money when we communicate. I have researched this company and have multiple complaints & from what I can tell they have been banned from ******** and other social media sites from the same reason.

      Justrite Spirit Supplies ***** Takes all complaints very seriously. I have the Honor of working with all the different clubs and organizations for the past 20 years. We make it our mission statement to go above and beyond for our customers . As for this matter at hand, I would like to offer my sincere apology to both parties involved, ******************* and Justrite Spirit Supplies Inc.

      My apology in the manner this situation was handled, I take full responsibility for the lack of response and action, Due to Goverment Mandated  Lock downs, Shut Downs, Covid19, Certain actions were not followed.

      My actions are as follows:

      a. ******************** Invoice #**** has a zero balance.

      b. If you have the merchandise, you may keep at no cost.

      c. A Future Fundraising credit worth $300.00

      d. My personal Apology.

      I hope this will rectify this situation, I take every complaint to heart and try to solve with both parties involved serious.
