      This pertains to an extended RV warranty purchased through this company on 8/4/2023. On 8/6/2024, I canceled this policy through Eagle Vision. I should have received a refund of 932.48. Instead, the refund was issued through pay link to Eagle Vision by the insurance company. I have emailed ***** ***** on many occasions to issue my refund. He acknowledged that the refund was received by them. The refund was paid to Eagle Vision on 8/12/2024. It has been close to four months and I still have not received the refund that is due to me in the amount of $932.48.

      Unable to contact company to file for a claim. Warranty was purchased for $4,767.00 2021-11-19 with today being 2024-11-08 and I wish to cancel. Emails and phone calls to the company are not returned.

      I purchased a transferrable 7-year extended warranty from Eagle Vision in December 2023, as I was purchasing my new RV. They billed me the initial payment, but then no one contacted me to setup the recurring payments. Their telephone number was out of service as of February. I finally reached someone via text message who thanked me for letting them know about the problem with their phone line. They set me up on recurring payments. Now I'm trying to 1) payoff the amount and 2) transfer the policy to a new owner. Again, I cannot reach anyone at Eagle Vision. If I cannot reach someone in the next few days, I intend to send a letter via

      Have called the company numerous times same voice mail. Please leave a message. Called alternate phone number and it immediately disconnects the call.

      Signed a contract with Eagle Vision RV on 7-19-2023 for extended warranty, on my **** ***** * ****** ***** **. Vin ***************** 24,606 miles. Total cost 5,572.00 for 5 years, put 699.00 down and payments of 208.96 for 24 months. Payments were charged to my credit by *** ****, and ******** ********* **** was responsible for repairs if any I called ******** ********* the end of July 2024 to file a claim, for my bedroom slide to be repaired. I was told that the contract had been cancelled by *** **** and that all moneys they had received were to be returned for full refund. Spoke to a ** ****** ********. I then called *** ****, and was told that the contract was still in force, and had not been cancelled, was told they can not cancel contracts. Spoke to a miss ******. I next tried calling Eagle Vision, no answer left message for someone to return my call, tried this several times, I'm still calling no one has returned my calls. I have told my credit card not to pay the monthly payment, and I have told *** **** the same. I can't believe that this has happened, Eagle Vision must have cancelled contract and kept the money. I would like to get a refund of moneys paid, our have Eagle Vision pay to have slide repaired

      Purchased Service Plan for my 2012 used motorhome March 23, 2020 for $5,755.00 cash for 60 months. Sold my motorhome in late April 2024, requesting a refund. Called numerous times and left messages, did not get any call backs. Sent about 4 emails, received only one reply on May 24, 2024 stating that they will send my refund ASAP. I have an invoice for this transaction, if needed I will send.

      Purchased extended warranty policy for my motorhome 10/27/2021. Requested cancellation of this agreement as of June 8, 2024. Have not been able to contact seller and have received no acknowledgement of cancellation request. All conditions of cancellation of agreement have been met. I have requested a response advising the cancellation and refund amount as well as the prompt payment refund.

      We purchased a RV warranty through Eagle Vision RV for $4236. The warranty company will not answer any phone numbers so we can file a claim. ***** at Eagle Vision RV sent me phone numbers and an email address but has not offered to contact the company or have anyone contact me or my RV service technician. If I can’t use my warranty I want my money returned.

      Signed Cancellation Form on 3/7/2024 with promise of refund in 30-60 days. After multiple attempts via email and phone, there has been no response from EagleVision. In addition, I worked directly with their claims processor and finally confirmed the cancellation had been processed by ********* Warranty after delayed submission from EagleVision. ********* has also attempted to get a response from EagleVision with no success.

      On the 3rd of April I submitted an service contract cancellation form to Eagle Vision RV by email, this was for a refund for the paid contract, that I no longer needed. This was for a service contract on a ***** ****** fifth wheel camper, which I sold in February 2024 due to relocating and health reasons. There were no claims submitted on this eight year contract. I've called numerous times to speak with someone concerning this. No answers at all, so I left several voicemails with no return calls. On April the 25th I reached an employee by email, by the name of ***** *****. Was told by ***** to submit a cancellation form. I mentioned that I had already had on April 3rd, but submitted it again for the second time. ***** stated that it would take 6-8 ***** for processing. The 21st of June made eight *****, with no refund. I've attempted to contact ***** by email on June the 21st, no reply.
