TECHnician came to fix my kitchen disposal was in house less than 10 minutes and handed me an ***************** and said next time it happens use this, this was on 9/23/23 I used it one or two times and when I went to use it again it wouldn't work I was so discussed I didn't call them back, we tried to do what he told us to do with wrench but it didn't work so I called this morning and told lady I wanted man to come back, and show me how to use the wrench and she said it was $129. I think that is a little outrageous for 5 minutes workBusiness response

When customer called in I clarified our minimum labor rate and confirmed I was happy to send the technician back out to replace the garbage disposal and gave her the repair cost over the phone. She declined to have the repair completed and said she would rather give her money to someone else. The original labor charge had a 30 day labor warranty that was clearly marked on the invoice and she called in 30 days PAST the warranty. She has declined to repair the disposal and is aware she is outside of the labor warranty. I am willing to apply the $129 to the cost of a garbage disposal replacement but I will not provide free labor services outside of our warranty period. This complaint is nothing short of extortion and customer is well aware she is outside of her original warranty and refused to pay to the disposal replaced. If she would like to pay for the garbage disposal replacement she is free to call the office to pay for the repair and confirm an appointment.

BEWARE.....PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS..All they care about is taking your money and creating other problems so that they will have to come back out and take more of your money. ***** is the owner and she sent out ***** to repair my heating element due to my dryer not drying my clothes. They charged me almost $400 to repair this issue. After ***** replaced the heating element, I noticed a noise when the dryer was on and when I asked ***** about the noise he stated that dryers make a noise and that it was normal. A couple of weeks had gone by and the noise got worse. I called the company, which ***** the owner answers, when I explained the situation to her, she had an attitude and stated that she would send ***** back out. When ***** came out he now stated that the noise was due to the rollers inside the dryer and that I should remove the pan that it was sitting on because it was off setting the dryer. When I restated what he initially told me, he said that he doesn't remember any noise before he left. I then stated that I asked him about the noise and he stated thay it was normal and now he is telling me that it's not normal and that it's the rollers and because it's on the pan. I then said that my dryer has been sitting on the same pan for 10years, on top of there not being a noise ***** to him coming to my home and before he left I asked him about the noise and he stated it was normal and now he is telling me it's not normal and that he would repair the roller and charge me almost $300 and caught an attitude when I asked how is it that there can not be this type of issue before you came and repaired one thing and now I have an entire separate issue. When ***** returned my call, I then explained what happened and she said that she would send someone to come fix the problem but I would have to pay for them to fix a problem that their company created. She was rude, she cares nothing about customer satisfaction and refused to repair at no cost.
