AWFUL !!!!Warning to customers!!! BEWARE!!!05/2023 Terrible quality and craftsmanship. ****** started our bathroom addition. I gave him floor plans and elevations with clear design and direction and construction plans. After the first two weeks after for not being there and finally seeing it in person, the whole project was a COMPLETE DISASTER.He installed the windows at different heights than the other bedrooms, used a brown shingle instead of matching the slate gray and black color, left the crawl space vents undone with no mortar around vent, used the wrong insulation in the ceilings, installed an outlet for vanity BEHIND where a mirror would be installed, and stuffed the ***** with insulation not allowing any circulation in attic. After discussing this with him personally, his excuse about the shingles and insulation was thats all they sold at the one local store closest to house And the rest was just how he thought it needed to be completed. Clearly with NO EXPERIENCE in construction or building. Then later, come to find out, that he didnt follow the plans dimensions and now there was a 2.5 difference in the bathroom space that was too large for the shower pans and we would need to install a new dummy wall in order to flush out shower walls. I quickly fired him and said I would do it myself or find someone better with actual craftsmanship and good quality. JUST TERRIBLE. ****** AND DONT GO WITH THIS EXTREMELY CHEAP AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON. ****** should never have a building license. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE HIM and save yourself the misery project he started and NO way would I let him finish. I tried to call him and request money back so I can finish the project correctly and he wouldnt agree. I regret to have paid him prior to seeing the project personally and just through photos sent. I hope this review/statement changes his BBB rating so others will know that hes not an A rated business.
