My husband and I moved in January 2020 and we have had nothing but brown water Even though we regularly drained our water heater. We are actually without water numerous times and we never receive a phone call back when we leave a message and we never get a live person. Tomorrow I am reporting that I am without Water again as is my whole neighborhood to my legal Service. I have never received a phone call back in four years much less a discount apology or anything else. Neither have my neighbors.Business response

First of all I just saw this complaint-8-***** when I picked up a paper copy at the **** and read it this morning--8-*****. ********************* was upset because one of the pressurized tanks in the well house split open on Saturday, July, 20, 2024. and pumped over 2000 gallons of water out on the ground. No one noticed this until 9;30 to 10:00 pm that night and started calling. NO-we do not sit by the phone 24-7. We do check the voicemail every morning and at night. Someone is in the office between 7:30-5:00 five days a week. We heard the messages Sunday morning at 7:15. An employee was called and within ***** minutes he was on his way to the shop to get a new tank. It took me 45 minutes to listen to all the phone calls, because some people left numerous messages. There were some rather ugly hateful messages on the machine. It was very disturbing and I did call several of them back and told them I would bee praying for them. This new tank cost over $2000.00 and legally I am supposed to prorate and bill each customer. The other times she mentioned about being out of water is because a contractor was building a new house in the subdivision and hit the line several times. As far as the dirty water, when this contractor hit the line they tried to fix and I'm sure they got some GA red **** in the lines. If she wants her $270.00 back (which is all she pays for the year) then I will prorate and give back to her. She will have to seek other means of water then because I cannot let her continue to use water from the subdivision well.
When I called her back, I had to leave a message about the filthy language and the threats she left me on the phone. She did call back and apologize while I was at church and left a message. She needs to let me know if she wants money back so we can cut her off and cap her line. She would have to have a well drilled. There were several really ugly messages from 3 people on our machine and I take it personally. I prayed for all three at church that Sunday. All three have called and apologized when they realized what happened and how quickly we got to the situation after we found out about it.
