I wish I could give 0 star review. My home warranty service scheduled a service repair with this business for our refrigerator. I have medical issues requiring refrigerated medication and our refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. The business owner came to look at the fridge and was there for two mins, explained he “didn’t know what the error code means” and that he would get back to us. I did a simple ****** search to learn what the error code was. After collecting a $75 service fee, we never heard back from him on what was wrong with the fridge or when it would be fixed. I’ve called numerous times, texted numerous times with no reply. All of our food has spoiled. My medication is expensive, costing over $1000 a month and is no longer able to be used. It’s completely unprofessional to be “ghosted” by someone that is supposed to provide a service repair. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the “service” we have received. I recommend using anyone else for your services with your appliances.Review from Durette D

If I could give a negative review it would be -10000/10. This guy showed up took some pictures and said he would get back with us and took the 100 dollar payment. It has now been 2.5 weeks and nothing. Won't answer his phone or anything. Now I'm having to have someone else sent to fix my problem. DO NOT LET HIM TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!Review from Clifford N

Jeff is definitely a scammer!! **** * he came to our residence and said it was the thermostat, I would always have to contact him for an update! Each time it was on the way or it was on back order ok which one is it! Contacted **** * warranty cone to find out he never put in a work order. Jeff stop being a lazy ******* and ripping loyal customers out of their money!!!Review from Jenniferl K

We contact call home Warranty on May 1, 2023. This Jeff technician come to my home didn't even look at my oven ask for the $85 fee and left he never reported to the home warranty company two days later I contacted home warranty. Follow up this guy. Jeff never reported paperwork to the home warranty company they'd I called him and asked what the issue was and then he lie to them and say that my oven was precondition. This guy show with T-shirt and short no equipment or proper uniform
