The Beauty Collection ************ The Beauty Collection Salon ******************* ************************************* Purchased order on 10/15/2022 10/27/2022 Called asking about order and was told I needed to pay shipping and handling. Although shipping was advertised as free on the website. 10/28/22 Texted my info to send invoice for shipping 10/28/22 Paid shipping and called about the invoice for shipping 11/7/22 I Texted asking when to expect my order no response 11/8/22 Phone call and was promised my order would ship soon but I was declined a tracking number. 11/9/22 Email requesting a refund for products and shipping cost. I was told products were in transit and still denied tracking information. 11/9/22 Phone call received promising my order would arrive soon. 11/10/22 Email received stating I should receive my order soon. 11/16/22 I emailed again requesting a refund as I have not received my product, a tracking number or refund. 11/23/2022 Phone call from my attorney stating that the merchant has refused a refund and was told product was in transit but never provided a tracking number.Customer response

Today after 52 days I received my product that I paid for on 10/15/22. Thank you for helping me not get taken advantage of by this company.
