If I could give zero stars I would. I had to get a chip tooth extracted on 1/18/2023. Two days later my adjacent tooth chipped out of nowhere. I wasnt eating on that side and followed all follow up care instructions provided. I immediately notified the office of the chipped tooth and informed them the dentist told me he had to chip away the tooth that he extracted. An employee immediately told me that they were not responsible for the chipped tooth it happened because it was already damaged. I then asked them if it was already cracked why wasnt I informed of it. We agreed on a follow up with another dentist the coming Monday. I get to the appointment today 1/23/2023 and the first thing they greet me with is papers stating my insurance coverage ended in 12/31/2022. They needed proof I had coverage and asked me to email it to them. I emailed proof as they asked and was told that wasnt enough it needed to show dental coverage was active. I suggested I call my insurance for verbal proof of dental eligibility and they said that would be okay. I called my insurance and they told advent dental my dental coverage was active, again advent dental stated that I could not be seen because DFCS shows in their system that Im still pregnant. My thing is why was this not an issue when I was seen on 1/18? It seems they did not want to take responsibility for damaging my tooth and wanted to give me the run around and not service me. Very unprofessional. A simple apology and how can we rectify the situation would have sufficed. Very disappointed with this staff.Update: went to DFCS and they said ******** extended their period for ******************************************************************************************************************
