I paid $365.93 which was the sale price for a 100% human hair wig sold by Hiram Beauty Supply 2 on November 20/2023. I was assured that the wig was 100% human hair by the store clerk. After having the wig sewn in and washing it a few weeks later, it tangled up in knots and continues to knot up while wearing it. I went to the installer who informed me, after clipping and burning a portion of the hair that had to be clipped out due to knotting, that the hair was not 100% human, but had some synthetic hair mixed in with it. I called Hiram Beauty supply for a refund and they will only give me a $200 dollar store credit. I asked for a full refund. I can not trust that I will receive human hair and I told them about the the test on the hair. A gentleman who worked there said I had to take the quality of the hair up with the manufacturer. I've had the wig approximately 6 weeks, and installed and washed less than 4 weeks. I have purchased 100% human hair before and it lasted 2 years. I just want my money back. I am extremely disappointed with their fraudulent practices. The address and phone number that is connected on the BBB Page is not theirs. It belongs to a sports store.
