On April 19, 2023 I visited this dentist for a cleaning and a consultation about a broken tooth. The hygienist took x-rays and cleaned my teeth and then the dentist looked over the **rays.They then came up with an expensive treatment plan for a bridge and a crown and referred me to an oral surgeon for the broken tooth. The office manager insisted I make an appointment for the crown and took a $100 deposit for the crown. I was still concerned about the broken tooth that was also infected. I tried to cancel the appointment for the crown and get my money back from the deposit the next day but they would only reschedule the procedure.I went to the oral surgeon and had the broken tooth and a wisdom tooth extracted. Today the office manager called me asking me to move up my appointment for the crown for a $50.00 discount. I told her I didnt want to get the crown done before my vacation next week. I told her I wanted to cancel the appointment for the crown. She said okay and hung up.I would like a refund of my $100.00 deposit. I feel their policies and practices are too aggressive. I would prefer to seek dental care from a different provider.Business response

The patient can simply call the office and speak to me. The patient said she was going to be returning for the crown. The patient did not ask for a refund or it would have been given.
