June 05, 2022 To Whom it may ********** wife and I recently purchased a (52 inches Ceiling Fan with Light Kit), also a (72 inches Extension Rod) due to tall ceiling approx. 20 feet.A close friend of the family recommended Mr. ********************* she stated that Mr. ******************** had installed one for her and that she was satisfied with the results.On June 01, 2022 we called Mr. Electric of Douglasville Georgia and scheduled a same day appointment, up front pricing great, two electricians??? show up at our home shortly after we made the call, (Invoice attached), they appeared to be very knowledgeable and capable of completing the task at hand, they assembled and installed the fan to the ceiling, no problem, then came the wiring and the problems, they work for hours with no results, about four hours later they got to the point where the Fan and the light operate by the switch on the wall, the remote do not work, they apologized for everything, but here we are spent $380.00, fan only operate on high speed only. (what happen to fix it right the first time)Please Advice ****** and ***************************** ************************ ************
