I signed up with crunch fitness September 2022 for a monthly price of $19.99. I noticed my recent bill in March was $22.24. I called and spoke to **** on Mar 26, 2024 and she stated the new additional charge was for new members. I told her I am not a new member. Then she said the charge is for using a debit card and not my routing numbers. I said I've always used a debit card. I advise her that I haven't received an email or letter from you guys and that I want the difference of my money to be refunded because I never gave you permission to charge my card anything additional. She stated that was nothing she could do. I asked for corporate number. She stated there wasn't one. I drove up there same day. Spoke to a manager named ** and he stated there was nothing that he could do. He asked me if I wanted to cancel. I said yes but he also said I have to pay another monthly fee because of a 30-day notice. The only money that I'm giving crunch fitness is what I signed up for, not for this additional fee that they are trying to add. I am seeking legal counsel but I wanted to have this on file as well. I also need a copy of my signed contract.

I visit the gym on Dec. 29th. I sign up for a membership and gave my bank account info on the this day. I called a few days later to let them know Im not interested in keeping my membership. I was told by 2 different workers that they couldnt find my account and told me not to worry about it because I never came bk in for my key card and my account not showing up. I later ask for my paperwork that had my bank info on and one of the managers and workers search and couldnt find it. Later in Feb. they charged my account $32 and they said it was too late for me to cancel my account because it was after 7 day grace ******* I explained to them I had called 3 days after I signed up and they said they couldnt find my account. I been waiting til this day 2-23-2024 for my refund. The account number will be my phone number. ************. They said they are waiting on corporate to refund my money. My son also called and they told him the same thing and charged his account twice for $32. They refunded him only $32. They have gave us the run around on this matter and Im tired of calling every other day trying to resolve this matter. My son account is in his phone number as well ************ *******************. We would like for this matter to be resolved so we can move on with our life. I feel like this company prolonged the situation until we was charged just to say its over the 7days. After I called 3 days before the deadline. That I didnt even know I had a deadline . But I was told this on a call after they said they couldnt find my account weeks later . I would like a refund for both accounts to keep me from making another complaint. My son and myself are owed $32.24 a piece. Thanks

I tried to cancel my personal training contract with ******************* on 8/3/2023 when it was first signed and emailed because there was a discrepancy on the contract and what I was told. What I was told was not even on the paperwork regarding how much I was going to pay and for how long. The request for cancellation was rejected, my questions regarding what was on the contract and what was told to me was never answered or resolved. ******************* blew me off. **, the manager ignored my cancellation request that I personally handed to him; nor did he act on it. **, did nothing with the cancellation request. Before contract was signed, I told ************ was going out of the country. ***** went ahead and scheduled me anyway three weeks before the scheduled trip; 9/16-22/23. Upon return, I had to cancel my second week because I was sick. I was charged $208 these two weeks for services not used.I finally walked in to cancel my contract with ***** on 9/27/23, I had to insist she pull up the form to cancel the contract. When I asked to read it before I signed it, ***** responded that she would email it to me. I responded by you're emailing it to me after I sign it. Just as the 1st time. The contract was read to me and was sent by email after I signed it. Never allowed to read prior to signing it. She rudely turned the computer screen where I could read the cancellation notice and the date schedule to stop was 10/9/23. ***** justifies it was because the contract was not cancelled within 10-days of billing cycle. The billing cycle is set up so that there is NOT a 10-day window. On 10/6/23 my credit card was being charged fraudulently $208 for two weeks that I was not scheduled or use 0 services. My financial institute refused this charge but not last cycle's charge. When I asked for a refund, I was laughed at and told that it would be considered as credit for future use.

I began personal training services in July of 2022. Paying $228 per month billed bi weekly. The minimum term was 4 weeks. In mid-October, I told my trainer that I would need to put my account on hold as I was going to be going on vacation and coming back to a very busy work schedule, but I would schedule when I could. Soon after I returned, I got very sick and was unable to go to the gym, but I planned to return so I maintained my membership. In November I noticed that I was still being charged for the training program despite having asked that it be frozen. I was told by a staff member I would need to speak to my trainer or the PT manager. I reached out to my trainer and received no response and the PT manager was unavailable or unresponsive to my emails when trying to contact them. In December, I decided to cancel the membership. I was told at they time that all charges would stop and that I could contact the PT manager or my trainer to get a refund for unused services. I again attempted to reach out to both and received no response. I continued reaching out over the next 5 months to resolve this matter directly with the gym before disputing the charges with my credit card. I kept trying to speak to the PT manager and was told that he was in meetings and to send an email. I received one auto response to call in, which I did and still wasnt able to speak to anyone who could help. Around the end of March, I spoke to a staff member who told me that they I would be refunded back to my cancellation date and stop future charges. 2 weeks later, no refund and charged again on 4/7. I called again and they had changed PT managers and gave me the new email. I sent an email to on 4/12 and received no response. I spoke with the new PT manager in early June and told it would be resolved. Charges still havent stopped and when I disputed with my cc company, the gym provided false information to rebut my dispute AND they back charged me for the payments that had been credited.

Date of transaction: May 11th, 2023 . I attend crunch fitness to workout. *** spoke to a personal trainer about training back in December 2022. However, *** never started the personal training but they keep charging my card $546.00. When I spoke to the manager he assured me that I will get a refund, *** never received a refund nor a follow up. So happens that manager is no longer with the company. I went in person to speak to the employee & the personal trainer and they told me I dont even have a personal training account. If I dont have an account why am I getting charged? Why arent yall giving me my refund ? The employee stated they have to meet a certain quota for the month so someone goes in and just charges cards , obviously without authorization Ive tried to dispute with my bank but the company told my bank it is a good charge not considering the fact Ive never started the service. I asked them to remove my card off file and they pretended as if they didnt know how. Its been going on two months of me trying to get my refund back from the company. Each time I reach out via email I get no reply . I go in person to speak with the personal training manager and it seems as if hes either always busy or will return the call at his earliest convenience and that never happens. They seem as if they dont care about me getting my money back as long as they meet their quota. If I didnt start a service I shouldnt get charged!

Date of Transaction - 1/17/2023 Amount of Transaction - $228 Crunch Fitness - Never confirmed I would receive a refund and the manager did not follow up.Nature of the dispute - Unauthorized Charge for Training.Crunch Fitness - Has not tried to resolve the issue.Member # CRF722256 I completed my training session agreement and submitted my cancellation for training on November 5, 2022. I thought everything was good but in January 2023 there was an unauthorized amount subtracted from my bank account from Crunch Fitness. When I called I was advised the charge was for training that I never signed up for. I spoke to a trainer that told me I had to fill out another cancellation form because another charge was scheduled for February 2023. I requested a refund and the trainer told me he had to speak with his manager because he was unable process a refund. The next day I visited the gym and spoke to the Training Manager that told me he did not have time to speak with me. The next day I spoke to a manager and he told me it was take up to 3 months to get my refund and they will mail a check which is ridiculous since it was a ACH draft from my account that can be reversed. I have been ignored, there has been no follow up from Crunch Fitness. I am still waiting for my refund of $228.
