Was assigned Anglin Air bu my home warranty company on June 6 to repair air conditioner. They were dispatched to my house june 16 and changed a part. I contacted them the following day and left voice mails stating that the unit was not repaired. It took 10 days for the contractor to return to my house. the vendor stated the unit was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I left 14 additional messages and contacted my home warranty company. Anglin Air promised to turn in a request for parts daily for the next 10 days. My warranty company told me on the 6th that Angln had finally turned in the request and ordered the parts. It has been over 30 days my unit is still unrepaired. This company doesn't answer calls from my phone number unless I use someone else phone number. I have pleaded with them and informed them of my grandmother needing to stay with her friends until she can safely return home. I haven't spoken to a representative in nearly 3 weeks. However, they left a voicemail last week stating its the warranty company that must order parts. I'm looking for an immediate response and will pursue all avenues for a resolution, including a return of the $100 service fee from my warranty company. This is devastating and unacceptable for any consumer.Business response

We received a dispatch on June 17 form American Home Shield, this was an expediated call and we scheduled a service call immediately. We attempted a repair by replacing a blownout capacitor. The A/C was working properly after replacing the cap. Approximately 2 weeks later, we received a call from ************************* that the unit was not working. We sent a tech out to diagnose and determined that the A/C and Coil need to be replace. We attempted to have this work authorized under the original dispatch number with American Homeshield but they required a recall dispatch with a new dispatch ID and at that point, we ask *********** to request the recall. We received the recall dispatch on 6/29 at 9:25 pm. Our office was closed from 6/30/2022 to 7/5/2022. We determined that the unit was aged and needed to be replaced. We called American Homeshield to have the work authorized the same day 7/6/2022 and to have the equipment ordered. Once we have the work authorized, it is out of our control until we received the equipment. We received a call from American Homeshield and was told that the equipment had not been ordered. After going back and forth, it was determined that they were using the original dispatch that didn't require equipment. Once that issue was resolved,American Homeshield ordered the equipment on 7/29/2022 with an expected delivery date of 8/1/2022. Once we receive the equipment, we will call ************ to schedule the installation. This is not the first American Homeshield has deflected blame from themselves to the vendor.
