      On 12/16/2022 I ordered a sweatshirt. I was given all of these different days for shipping: 10 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6-8 weeks, 8 weeks. I began emailing the company to find out what was going on. Most responses were automatic computer generated emails. I finally got people after about 15 emails. I was still given the run a round and it was 2mths later. I kept being told it was on it's way. It was then too late to even get a reversal transaction through my credit card company. All were either rude or did not actually answer my concern and would respond with non helpful info. Such as I could simply ask for a refund. I then started asking if I may get item in large instead of the small I'd ordered. The response would be you ordered a small. So you see how that did not help. For 1 I know what I ordered and stated that, 2 the product wasn't being shipped, so my request did not seem unreasonable. A supervisor emailed and said he would hand walk the item to shipping and hand to them himself and I would have it by Saturday. I was a few days after the Saturday. Then emailed back saying what Saturday did he mean because it had not come. I was told several times it had been delivered and I stated I have a door cam and no such thing transpired. I believe that was when I was told to just ask for a refund. A second completely different supervisor also emailed and said he would go to shipping himself and give item to be shipped. Still nothing weeks later. 2 weeks after the last Supervisor sent the email, I got an email stating they were now in the process of making the product. So if there was no product to even send, What were the two men talking about? There was a lot more details and problems like this back and forth, just hard to remember all. I did do a complaint before but had to send the charge to my CC. About 3 months later item came. The package the item was in was cut badly and there is a stain on the sleeve that won't come off. I could not even deal with them further

      Bought sweatshirt on Dec 11th 2022. Madehavoc keeps delaying shipment with different excuses every time. No telephone number for customer service.

      It is concerning when a business accepts a payment and (for whatever reason) takes over 60 days to ship the product. Here is a quote from Experian, "You generally have at least 60 days to dispute credit card charges when there's a billing error or fraudulent transaction."  It is not a matter of whether this company is a new startup (or whatever reason they give).....the rules of the ******************* do not care.  

      Attached is the email correspondence I have been having with Made Havoc staff.  Again, the communication is questionable and puts up "red flags", in my mind anyway.   

      Also attached is a pdf of the refund amount; which states Total Amount Refunded=0.   At least that's what I read.  Zero.

      So, Until I see the full amount refunded into my account and not just a screenshot, this case will continue.

      Better Business Bureau:

      This Company needs to fix their shipping and manufacturing aspects of the business.  Hopefully these issues become resolved and, as a result, the business grows successfully.  It appears that I have had my money returned to my account. Hopefully it hard-posts as a refund.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
