On 4/23/2023, my family and I visited Taki to celebrate my son's birthday. Our party was seated and placed our order. Upon arrival, the cook, ****, verified our order and proceeded with meal preparation. During the meal preparation 'show', **** used very crude, vulgar and threatening language with our party which included 3 minors (i.e. 'You ****** up', 'Shut up and eat'). The last and final straw was when **** addressed the minors in our party (5, 9 and 10) and said, 'If you don't want me to spank your ****, then I will kick your ass' while holding up a waving a spatula. In total disbelief, I asked **** what he said and proceeded to repeat that if the kids 'didn't want him to spank their but that he would kick their ass'. **** noticing that the adults at the table had become upset attempted to play it off by stating 'it's just jokes'. To which I responded that he would not play with my children in that manner. After the exchange, I spoke with *******, our server, to address the horrible experience that my party had just experienced and ask that she send the manager to our table. Upon arrival, the manager, ****, apologized and shared that numerous complaints had been received for this one cook. Knowing that the cook lacks customer service skills, the business still made the choice to allow him to interact with customers. **** also proceeded to justify the inappropriate behavior of his employee. When I expressed that I was not satisfied with how he was responding to the situation at hand and the disgusting justification of the service, or lack there of, **** stated that **** had already been let go. I then asked if I could speak with the owner, and **** shared that he was not available and there was no contact information for him. Our server, realizing the frustration, shared that the owner's sister, ****, was there. I asked a 2nd time for the owner's contact information, and was provided with a random contact. I will NEVER patron this trash establishment ever again!Initial Complaint

I placed an order for pickup through a third party app that **** does business with. I paid beforehand online for my order and when I went to pick up my order I was asked to pay again. I was charged once by the third party app for the order then once again at the establishment. I tried to dispute one of the charges and was told I couldnt receive a refund because I placed two orders one through telephone and one through the third party app which I did not. I never called the establishment to place an order or placed an order through any other service. I have proof of both payments being charged to my card. This is very frustrating.
