      This company promised they would help our LSA rank higher and provide solid leads. Yes there was an agreement signed, however after that took place they were no where to be found for any level of service. Or when I wanted to remove the agreement. Now they send out of nowhere, this extremely high bill for 2 properties on May 29 ******************************************** it will go to collections 6/1/2024. Which they claim is their lead yet it was not. Plus daily late fees. Even if it was from them, the commission made did not even add up to the one bill let alone two of these identical bills. This company is nothing more that a predatory collection company disguised as a lead generation system for agents. They claim the contract was sent to us but when I went back to find it shortly after we agreed to this, the docusign expired and now they state we had a copy based on their recorded but that is not the case. They spent less then $200 in total on ad spend yet expect us to pay them more than $35,000 $17,986.50 x's 2 and according to them accruing daily.

      I am rejecting this response because: This companies paperwork does not identify them as an licensed real estate brokerage or agent. This company never provided us with any documentation other then a bill and when I stated I never had the agreement they sent what was signed and pointed out an accruing fee that was NEVER shared when they were pitching the service. They were never responsive to any requests for help while we were involved with them.  However they sure jumped on responding to every email swiftly on 5/31/2024 to intimidate.  Which was the first time we ever heard from them on this. I believe I originally said 5/30 which was on their invoice.  We first heard from them 5/31/2024.

      On 4/14/2022, **************** signed up for AgentAssistants ******************** 25 Annual plan billed quarterly. AgentAssistant provided 12 months of service for **************** as part of the signed agreement. Per our terms stated in the agreement, contracts are not open for cancellation until after the term is met. **************** only remitted 2 out of the 4 payments leaving his account delinquent for the final 2 payments.

      I authorized Agent Assistant on November 10, 2022 to boost one of my listings on ********* The charge was $99 for a week. However, I was told that I could go on their website and cancel the boost anytime. There is no way to do that on their website. In addition, each listing that I input onto the **** they charged me $99 per week for boosting it on ********* I never authorized them to charge my credit card for each of my listings. I never signed any contract with them. The fact that I cannot go on their website and cancel anything is fraudulent. Never mind charging my business card without authorization. This is clearly a dishonest company and should not be allowed to be in business. I will be disputing the charges on my credit card but want others to know about their horrible business practices. Before other Realtors lose money like I did. They say they refunded me $99 but I have to wait to see my credit card statement. They still need to refund me another $99

      *********** Agent *********************** signed up for our self administered subscription product Listing Boost on Nov. 10th, 2022.  **************** spoke with our team learning full details of this service as well as a shared online visual of how it works. Agent *********************** joined our subscription by entering her own sign up information online.  Our sign up page clearly states directly above where the agent subscribes that this sign up is a subscription.  There was no hidden agenda like this agent claims.  *********************** experienced a full serviced campaign for 7 days. She received full analysis at the end of this campaign via email along with dashboard access and had a direct line to reach out to her original AA representative.  *********************** then received notification prior to her next ad boost going live, with a 24 hour window of opportunity to skip the new listing ad boost.  **************** did not skip the boost, and her subscription service in mid December ran a full 7 day campaign on a new listing she had and was charged her second $99 for this boost.  At this point there was no communication regarding her wish to cancel.  On December 22nd, another notification went out via email to **************** with an opportunity to skip running an ad for a new listing of hers.  She did not reply or skip this boost, and this ad for a third listing went live on Dec 23rd.  On December 23rd we received an email from *********************** requesting to cancel her service and was clearly upset. This request was handled on December 27th, the immediately following business day. The ad boost was cancelled and the agent refunded 100% on her charge for the third ad campaign, even though the ad already went live for several days. Her subscription was cancelled in our system at that time and she was sent an email confirmation that she was cancelled.  Upon receiving this BBB complaint, a manager reached out to ***********************, *********** agent, to attempt to mend the relationship, regardless of cancelling.  A full refund in courtesy was offered,  **************** stated she was on a cruise when she received her notifications and was upset that a cancellation opportunity was not via online.   **************** declined to accept the offer to be made fully whole, while the company absorbed all expenses. AgentAssistant attempted to work with *********************** in a very realistic and respectable manner.

      I received an email from Agent Assistant promoting their lead calling business. I had a recorded call by one of their scammers where he reiterated that I could cancel AT ANY TIME. I agreed to 14 months and had a payment plan setup. Within the first 30 days I saw many, many flaws and that I was completely wasting my money on their supposed efforts and on my leads that I was paying for. I voiced my concerns in writing and verbally and was given one excuse after the next. I then read the agreement and saw I needed to give thirty days notice to cancel. So I did. Once I cancelled, I received a call from the sales person; *** and he tried to get me to reconsider to which I said no. I sent the cancelation email to billing per the contract, copied *** and copied customer service. None of them stated to me ever that I couldn't cancel or that I was breaching my contract, because again I was told OVER AND OVER AGAIN on a RECORDED LINE that I could cancel at any time. Every once in a while I would receive a lead contact attempt update. Not like I did before I cancelled, just once in a blue moon, to which I replied and said I CANCELLED and to stop. Again, no one said I could not cancel, because they said it to me over and over that I could. Then after 4 months go by, I start getting calls from a collection agent. I am now in emails with them trying to bully me into paying. 1, They provide garbage services.2. THEY LIE. THEY LIE. THEY LIE. THEY LIE.3. They sick a collection agency on you with ZERO attempts and ZERO transparency into their actions and intent.Hopefully anyone reading this will be smarter than I was, because I didn't research all their horrible reviews and BBB complaints all saying the same thing. Do yourself a favor and the rest of the industry by not falling for their lies. They are predatory lying bottom dwellers.

      This customer signed up for our service and agreed to a 14 month contract. This contract is typically paid for upfront, however we agreed to split her payment into multiple payments.  The customer paid the initial payment and then attempted to cancel the 14 month prior to the 2nd payment.  Per our contract, she agreed to pay the full amount due and have access to our service for 14 months. After to completion of the contract, if she did not want to continue using our service then she could cancel with a 30 day notice.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I was on a recorded line.  Would LOVE for them to produce that recording where their sales man told me REPEATEDLY that I COULD CANCEL AT ANY TIME.  Not after a certain period of time.  I COULD CANCEL AT ANY TIME.  THEN to make it worse, THEY SUCKED.  They did bare minimum and SUCKED at what they SHOULD have provided.  So I spent nearly 4k on a lying company to do nothing for me.  And then....I canceled not even thirty days later, because after all that's what I was told over and over again I could do.  No one when I canceled, which was three departments advised me I was stuck with their absolute GARBAGE service.  No one.  The sales person tried to get me to change my mind, but NEVER told me I was stuck in a contract...because again, they sold me on I could cancel any time on a RECORDED LINE.  I WANT TO HEAR THAT RECORDING.  

       

      I also read the contract, but after giving these liars access to my ****** account, I can't find it for some reason.  I asked their shark pos collection jerk for a copy of the FULL contract and was ignored.  It will be a cold day in h*** before I pay these lying theeves a thing.  PS...my attorney will be asking for your ******* BUSINESS LICENSE that you don't have.

      We had a follow up meeting to discuss things on the 28th, no one showed up on that meeting.I emailed this week asking for a call because I was not happy, never heard back.Everything i asked about upfront such as routing rules, integrating, communication transparency, etc. was YES YES YES we do that.Turns out, they don't do anything that's needed... In fact, they call leads that come in that I ALREADY SPOKE TO. Makes things a little weird with new clients who you spoke to then have a bunch of calls and texts from someone else.I've request to strategize on how we can improve, nothing.I wouldn't recommend this service if you're an agent with great systems already in place.

      Agent Assistant is a scam. This company targets realtors offering services that are never provided. I paid $2699 for (3) months of lead follow up, since I paid 3 months up front I was supposed to receive one month of service waived. The onboarding call never took place. I received 2 text messages from ******************************* stating that we would be having our boarding call at a particular time. I received 3 emails stating the same. At the time of the on boarding call no one picked up on the ****** link. We never received a phone call. Finally a man called back and said that I have an account balance and they would need to look into it. There is no way that I have an account balance, I have never received services from this company; which is why I am waiting for on boarding call. I have called the number listed on BBB website ************ - the call goes directly to ******* Cashes voicemail. The phone number listed on the contract ************ plays music without anyone picking up on the other end. I was able to locate another number ************ **** is the operator that explains that she is in customer service and needs to contact a supervisor that will call me back. I am requesting a full refund. We do not have a contract.

      I SIGNED UP WITH AGENT ASSISTANT **** DURING MY TELEPHONE SIGN UP AND INTRODUCTION (WHICH WAS RECORDED) I SPOKE WITH THEM ABOUT GETTING QUALIFIED LIVE TELEPHONE TRANSFERS. I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN LEADS BUT ONLY WITH QUALIFIED CLIENTS ON THE ****** I PREPAID FOR 2 MONTHS AND WAS TOLD TO EXPECT **** LIVE TELEPONE LEADS PER MONTH. IT HAS BEEN ONE MONTH AND I RECEIVED ONE TELEPHONE LEAD WHO WAS VERY ABUSIVE AND WAS LOOKING FOR A CONDO- NOT A HOME AS I WAS TOLD. HE ONLY WANTED ME TO SEND HIM ADDRESSESS OF WHAT IS FOR SALE. OTHERWISE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OTHER CALLS. UNDER THEIR "QUALIFIED LEADS" THERE ARE TWO OTHER LISTINGS, THE FIRST WAS COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC AND UNDER THE HOME***** MARGIN (looking for a mother daughter house from $350,000-$500,000) IF HER **** WAS APPROVED SHE COULD PURCHASE..... THE SALESPERSON TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT SETTING THE ***** MARGIN, BUT SAID IT WOULD NOT BE REMOVED.AND THE OTHER QUALIFIED LEAD IS MY CLIENT WHO I HAD BEFORE I SIGNED UP. THEY ARE COUNTING HER AS A QUALIFIED LEAD. I AM LOOKING FOR MY MONEY REFUNDED OF $3706.00 TOTAL.

       

      I want to add on to case #********. I cannot get through to a manager at AGENT ASSISTANT. When I spoke with my sales person, he said he will send my complaint to review and they will let me know their thoughts but he said they are not at fault so don't expect a refund.

      Rough start getting them connected, they kept saying it was something on my end that was the issue, missing leads, ignoring leads that have come in on February 19th, 20th, & 2 on the 21st. They intercepted a direct call lead on the 21st but nothing else. Essentially taking my leads from me. When expressed my frustration and anger to my rep ******* on week 1 he got snotty with me and said you have no options your not getting a refund. First week was rough the middle 2 weeks it seemed ok maybe this is working but now I am in week 4 with this company and figuring out how to get them off my lead source as no one will return my calls, and or emails. Unprofessional and do not live up to the agreement! And I cannot afford to lose any more leads

      I want agent assist to stop with pursuing payment for services they did not produce.After initial call, all communication died, and I viewed this as a ******** AND didn't here from them for months. Now I'm being herrased to pay for non service and also collection fees. Amazing, do nothing, **** for it and then add collection fees. Based on other complaints on BBB it is par for their business practice. I will now always check BBB.

      I found it so hard to connect. I figuered the company to be a fake company Or at least a company who care more about collection than services.   In their short response they are expecting payment for no services,  which apparently  is what their company is about.

      I started the service a few months back when I was really busy and unable to get to all my leads in a timely manner. I requested a cancellation on 12/29 through an email, which is what the website tells you to do. I received an email 3 days later saying to contact *********************, his number is disconnected, and he doesn't respond to emails. I have made numerous phone calls and emails trying to cancel the service. I have lost potential clients. I reach out, then agent assistant reaches out. Clients get confused and say something seems fishy. I just want them to stop contacting my leads, but I can't get anyone to call me back and half the numbers associated with them have been disconnected.
