She constantly reschedules and then doesn't offer refunds because she claims that you are the one rescheduling. I signed up for a spot for May 12 on May 2. May 7, she rescheduled to May 19. May 18 she asked to reschedule to June 2 cause her kid was sick. On June 1, I asked what time for June 2 and she asked to reschedule again to June 9. I told her I could do 9 but I had an appointment at 11am that day so June 16 would be better. On June 7, I asked for a time for June 9 and she says 10:30 even though I told her I had an appointment at 11. She says that June 16 is great too. I tell her that would be better and she agreed but no time for established. She tells me the DAY OF (June 16) at 5am that she wants to meet at her place an hour away at 11:30/12. I didn't even see the message until 9am that day. So I panicked and asked her to 'reschedule' since it was sooo short notice and I guess that's where I ended up not getting a refund because she's claiming I rescheduled on her even though she did multiple times before and then didn't even establish a time with me until the day of when she wanted to do the photos. She also said we'd get in touch in July about "rescheduling" but made no contact with me until August when I sent a message asking for a refund since there has been no contact. I've gotten my hair colored, cut twice, and a pedicure all specifically for these photos that never occurred. She refuses to give me a refund even though she rescheduled on me 3 times to begin with before telling me at 5am on June 16 she wanted to meet. I honestly believe she was never going to get in touch with me about rescheduling and has since spent the money. There was no contract signed and I'm honestly not even sure she had the refund policy on her website until someone on ******** called her out for taking their money as well. She has since refunded that person so that they would take their status down and has been deleting all negative comments on her business page.Initial Complaint

I paid $500 April 20th for a Family photo shoot. We scheduled this for May 22nd. She forgot and this did not happen. Then she agreed on July 15th to do a wedding photo shoot with me sometime in August. I reached out to her on several occasions and never got a response. I emailed her yesterday asking for a refund and she denied. She said that there are no refunds and I would need to book a session. At this point our kids are gone to college so we cant do a family shoot and I don't trust that it would even happen. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I hired ***** to photograph my engagement and wedding. I only received 4 engagement pictures from her. My wedding was on 1/22/22 and ***** arrived and was Covid positive so she was as asked to leave and provide a refund since she could not safely preform her duty. She refunded a portion of the money that we had paid, only to later dispute with her bank and get that money returned to her. My husband and I paid ***** a total of $2,200 for services that were not completed and I would like to be refunded. Since the incident ***** has blocked my phone number and social media accounts, but sent me an email saying she was going to sue me because I wrote her a negative review stating my honest and true experiences dealing with her. ***** also stated that she was going to give me a wedding video for free and an extra photography session because she rescheduled 3-4 times for our engagement shoot.Business response

Hey ********,
You fired me 30 minutes after I got to your wedding. You were crying and telling me that your family was forcing me to leave and you had three men interrogate me to give them part of the money back.
You knew I had Covid and I was done with quarantine. You told me to still be present.
Everyone wanted me gone, and I have multiple witnesses that day. And I am glad you notified my brides because they contacted me and were very concerned because they know what you said was not fully truthful.
You told me to lie to everyone and say I never had it to avoid scare. Even though I was done with my quarantine.
Your dad started yelling in the bridal suite demanding aggressively who had Covid in the bridal suite and you had your husband, father, and another man who would not let me leave until you got a partial refund. I had to give it because they would not let me leave. I disputed the payment with the bank and they read our contract and went over my statement and gave me back the $1000. ********, you signed a contract stating that if you released me from your services that any money that was given to me is non-refundable as it is stated in our contract.
You did receive four engagement photos. So I didn’t keep that from you. But as far as my contract it still stands. You terminated services and you will not be given a refund.
If you would like to talk to us personally to discuss this matter and we gift you a session or two l, we will be more than glad to.

I am rejecting this response because: No one interrogated or was rude to ***** the day of the wedding. I don’t think “a free session or two” would solve this problem as I still, as you stated in your message, have only recieved 4 pictures from my original engagement session. 4 pictures does not equate to an entire session I should have at least received the rest of those pictures since I did rightfully pay for them, However, since I did not receive them in a timely manner and have had such an ill experience I would much rather have my money refunded to avoid any more issues about this matter to my family or yours
