She is a fraud and a con artist that loves scamming clients. She always has an excuse to reschedule and never actually sets a date, then refuses to refund the deposit after shes the one that has to cancel over and over again.Review from Erica S

SCAMMER. Doesnt follow her cancellation policy. Withholds pictures for months to a year, or doesnt send them at all. Doesnt edit most of them. Has given other clients access to others photos (including boudoir photos) without their consent!Review from sara m

first thing, thank God i did received my pictures bc i insisted! No communication at all, lacks HIGHLY customer service! she lets things in her life get into her business, i just feel like shes immature still. Sadly her amazing talent bc i do admit her pictures are fantastic, i probably didnt get what i paid for too but i received my pictures that i need for the wedding invitation. Her brand new car had broken down, my fianc was already upset and said well we can offer to pick her up then, but her car was back working suddenly! I feel its like laziness too. she couldve earn even more clients if she was faithful and honest with her clients. she wanted to do my wedding and was like nah foo you is OUT!Review from Amy W

Haley Madison canceled, took literally over a month to reply to "reschedule" but kept giving excuses as to why she had to KEEP RESCHEDULING. After 5 months we gave up. She is not a professional and now come to find out she has taken over $20k from close to 100 different people! That's a felony!! Shut this lady down, get us our money back and throw her in jail!Review from Candace L

I paid Haley $550 upfront for senior pictures for my daughter 8/2022 after she canceled the initial appointment, I canceled once due to my daughter having the flu, (neither of which she even remembered date and times of) I tried to reschedule with her for 3 months and she either never answered my request or told me she would get back with me with a date with no word from her on that date. By December 2020 I was fed up and asked her to return my money which she refused to do. Extremely unprofessional and apparently she has done this to a high amount of other people over the past 10 years. I hope they all decide to now post here their experiences to help future clients think long and hard before using Haley.Review from Hannah P.

Now that the dust has settled and we are no longer in jeopardy of our items being withheld from usIf youre looking for a photographer/videographer who is two hours late to your wedding, rushes through the event, does not have a second shooter as promised, forgets requested shots, does not provide images and items according to the contract, finally gets everything together weeks after the contract time has lapsed, posts hateful comments about her clients & bridal party on ******** and is overall extremely unprofessional in word and conduct, but does amazing work, choose Haley Madison Photography.But seriously.. I dont know if we just ended up getting the c*** end of the stick or what but.. I would rate our experience working with this business a solid 2/10. If you are considering using Haley Madison Photography and would like the FULL story (because if you ask her, shes going to say you didnt get the full story) with conversation screenshots, I already have that all typed out and ready to go, but I wont fit in this box.
