I ordered $56 worth of shirts from the business on October 11th, 2020. I still have not received them, and the tracking number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) says that a label was created, but nothing was ever shipped. I have reached out to the owner many times and was told that she would solve the issue, but still have not received anything. The owner has also turned off all comments on her TikTok account, as well as deleting comments from her new business account. I have asked for a refund and heard nothing. She has also created an entire new business (graphicandsilk) without resolving the issues with her past business.
