      July 22-29th we had a family vacation using Parker Kaufman which we've used over the last 15 plus years. Every rental we've ever rented from them had issues but none like this one, this being the absolute worst. The horrible putrid smell that about knocks you out walking through the front door, pool area and pool were both filthy, hot tub was not working, no pool towels as stated, broken furniture, pet stains throughout the entire house on the carpet, air filters were disgusting the air conditioner wasn't working properly we had to clean them all, dirty dishes and utensils were put back, mattresses were like bricks how to buy memory foam mattress pads just to be able to sleep, bed pillows were stained and disgusting. Water/ice maker in the fridge did not work, ants coming in the middle bedroom window the entire time, MB door a hot mess, sink unusable due to bad o ring. Pool guy took 2 hours to clean the pool, separate repair man for hot tub. Man in the street clothes showed up demanded to come in to look at a toilet had no idea who he was cuz we didn't call. While packing to leave had car pull up front walk right in the house with linens for the next people, and another car pull up and start blowing the driveway of dust while we were loading our cars. It was bad I actually messaged and sent everything to the owner ****** and her daughter Lori. ****** actually called and was so livid she said that she was going to have to sue Parker Kaufman for years of neglect on her house. Nothing ever came to this so my guess is they are in cahoots and they knew about all these problems. After speaking with *** the owner of Parker Kaufman sending him all of the issues and pics he said he spoke to the owners and they came to the conclusion that we weren't warranted any money back because I waited till the end of the vacation to put in the complaint. Considering this was our vacation and we tried to make the best of it instead of calling every single day with new issues. I have pics

      Please see attached correspondence. We handled all known complaints in a timely and polite manner. We responded and communicated openly and in a timely manner. You can see from the second attachment that we were being blackmailed/extorted, which is a criminal offense. She wanted a full and complete refund of all monies she paid. If she was that unhappy and unpleased, why did she stay the entire length of the reservation? it was that awful, she would and should have moved out early. She just wanted a free vacation. That is not right and neither is extortion. 

      If she didn't get a full refund she would report us to the BBB and blast us on Social Media. I trust you will realize her true motivations. She needs to "cease and desist" .

      I am in receipt of your letter dated 10/12/2023. 

      She can " reject the response"  if she wishes, but everything I have said and stated is true and accurate and I stand by it and I feel no need to repeat it.  We don't rip off people, and she should be ashamed or herself for accusing us of that. Parker-Kaufman, Realtors has been in business since 1926. You are more than welcome to check your records as far as past complaints over the years, I am positive you will not find any in the records. **** ******** appears to be very upset that her extortion efforts were not effective. I will not stand here and be libeled or slandered in any way, shape or form. If this continues, I will seek legal recourse. Good day..

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I sent you two separate messages. First message contains multiple reviews saying the same thing I'm complaining about. Second message was to let you know I have the entire text message between the owner of the rental and myself regarding how they have had issues with Parker Kaufman. I can screen shot and send that to you. I never got any response from either email.

      I could care less about the money. I just want them to be called on the bull they continue to do. If you read the reviews you will clearly see.
